I have an ergonomic chair with a mesh seat. Despite it being a nice, expensive chair, the front edge of the seat frame digs in to the backs of my knees and impacts circulation to my feet and lower legs. This cushion helps somewhat, but it is not quite long enough front to back to cover my whole seat. It also feels a bit on the thin side.Itโs an improvement, but still leaves a lot to be desired.

The size is perfect. It has gotten rid of my back pain. The cushion is very well made and supportive, but not hard, it is very comfortable! Love it.

Very good design helping to reduce back, hips, legs pain and to protect the spine. Provides hours of comfort during my work hours as a truck driver. Once taken out of the wrapping, let it regain its form for at least several hours. A must have accessory for people working long hours behind desk or wheel.

I had a double surgery back on December of 2024. Incisions on the front (belly) and 5 incisions on my back (Robotic Surgery) They want you to walk as much as possible which is very minimal so you are left to lay down or sit down. Because I chose to sit on the couch I started to develop sores on my bottom. This even with sitting on pillows etc. I decided to purchase this item to relieve and allow my bottom comfort without having direct pressure where it mattered (use your imagination) From the 1st time I sat down the difference was incredible and provided incredible relief. Because I work from home temporarily I move this cushion to wherever I sit. It's not so bulky to where you are 1 extra foot off the ground. It compresses just enough for any seat you desire. I have tested this. I am critical in my reviews but I can tell you with 100% certainty this item is effective. I sit on this thing for over 10 hours a day and the bottom is now healing. I would surely not hesitate to buy another for me or anyone else. Great purchase.

This cushion is fantastic for larger people over 200 pounds who need spine support. It expands quickly, but don't be fooled by the initial squishyness. It does get firmer and more supportive over about a weeks time. I have used it on a hard kitchen chair, and a too soft sofa, and it helped considerably. I'm fairly confident it will make driving more comfortable. It's tall enough to give side and back support, and helps take stress off the back of my legs from the front edges of seating. I'll also be using with my desk chair. So far it's a fantastic value for the price.

This is a decent cushion for a larger person or I suppose anyone. Thick and comfortable. It does squish down a lot but still seems okay for now. I think most of these are about the same except for size. I will keep it and see what it does.
