So many things. Claims to be greenguard gold certified and non-toxic, yet is made with 100% polyurethane foam, which has harmful off-gassing and is not recommended for babies (or anyone). Additionally, the mattress isn't firm at all, so this isn't appropriate for young infants. The listing says it's a USA product, but the tag acknowledges imported parts. Finally, the cover for it came dirty and moldy. Please see pictures and avoid using this product.

This is great! I was going to break the bank for a breathing mattress but i simply could not do that. This was a great purchase. It is breathable with face to the mattress. Comfy and nice natural fibers. Very happy with it !We use it in our nestig crib!

This matress is sturdy, fits toddler size beds and sheets fit well. So far it performs well and our grandchild sleeps well on it. Luckily no accidents or diaper leakage yet so I have no information on leak proof experience.

Bought this about a year and a half ago, my son was hating his Walmart plastic covered mattress. Basically every time you laid him on the Walmart mattress he would wake up, he slept very crappy for about 3 weeks til we caved and purchased this. Total game changer, no more fussy naps, started sleeping through the night. For the year and a half we’ve owned it, it’s been very good; The mattress is soft, easy to clean and care for, it’s firm, but super cozy for little one. It does make little guy a bit sweaty at night, but bamboo sheets and light jammies help tons. My son’s 2 and still uses the mattress. We love it, he loves it. 9/10 would recommend.

Our son moved from his crib to his Thomas bed. His crib mattress was too small and it was uncomfortable. This mattress fit it perfectly and is super 👌 comfortable. It made the transition easy, very unexpected.

Very soft yet firm , mattress cover is a bit scratchy so have sheets handy , fits a standard crib mattress , changing pad is flat no cushion but overall very nice and worth the price

My child sleeps so well on this new mattress. He has been using it over a month now and he sleeps great. The cover for it is nice and comfy also, no bumps or anything with a sheet on or off of it. It is waterproof as well! When you take off the cover it is just a foam material, But I was so happy that it doesn't have any type of chemical smell or weird smell. My child is about 25 pounds and doesn't sink into it like other mattresses weve tried. Worth the price for your little one getting a good nights sleep for sure.
