It's not 3.94" at all and I need a good full 4in to connect to.I wouldn't trust this to any kind of heat, it's going to melt. Especially if one side is blocked.Nowhere near enough clamping surface.It's not ridgid at 3*f, it's more of an oval than a round and causes the shut off not to work.I'll probably try to return this if possible.

75mm is a little less than 3 inches. Dryer vents are 4 inches
