They're not kidding about the ultralight aspect - this thing is thin, but sturdy! I bet it'll make for a super-safe parachute at scale.I'm glad I have this in my arsenal of camping gear.

What can be said about this product that hasn’t been said by the photos already? This product speaks for itself really, if you’re in the market for one of these, and you know the amount you’re willing to spend, it’s a good buy for 3 main reasons:1. It’s durable, waterproof, and compact when you need to be, and voluminous when expanded (at least for the 20L)• The clasps are strong and hold tight even when tugged/jerked.• The opening has a membrane lining that really seals well when clasped shut, and the fabric is more than sufficient at preventing water ingress otherwise. When fully loaded it is nice to have the pull straps to condense it further.2. Its price is reflective of its quality and value. Sea to Summit is a trusted brand, and when I select one of their products, I know I’m getting an item that will be good value for money, with quality I can count on.3. It’s a good rainy-day purchase. If you’re not well versed in the gear of today’s backpacker then something like this may appear foreign to you. You may not see the versatility and peace of mind a product like this might offer you. I keep this one in my car, in the event I’m caught in a flash flood I could conceivably use this in a multitude of ways. For floatation, storing valuable belongings that can’t get wet, High Visibility for rescue detection, or just to store items in your car. There are numerous options for this bag I didn’t cover here but just shows its versatility. I keep a few emergency blankets in mine to stay dry and reduce their volume of space they take up.So again, if you're in the market for a lightweight dry bag, this is a great option. Some applications may require a more robust more expensive product, but for most bang for your buck this can get the job done phenomenally well.

Excellent craftsmanship and love tye color. Actually pleasantly surprised with how much this bag will hold. Plus it's been tested twice now and has held up perfectly, as suggested. Would buy again!

This is a great dry bag. Most dry bags are thicker and heavier than this one. You are always paying the price of weight and space if you want the waterproof benefits. This bag really levels the playing field. It seems to be strong enough to stand up to aggressive use and should last for years even with the lightweight design. The feature of allowing air to escape out the bottom while staying waterproof is really great but it lets the air out really slowly. At first, I thought it wasn't working but it turns out that the air escapes slowly when it's under pressure. The compression straps provide sufficient pressure but it can take a bit of time. It is best to try to get as much air out as possible before rolling the top of the bag.Overall very happy with the "Sea to Summit eVac Ultra-Lightweight Compression Dry Bag, Waterproof Dry Storage, 20 Liter, Atoll Blue".

The bag is a nylon type bag, not pvc like many dry bags. The bag works well to keep belongings dry near water. Great for the beach, poolside, or kayaking!
