As a diver, I wanted a more convenient tank clanger. I attached it to a flexible wrist holder and it was perfect! Plus, I could clip things together when needed. Highly recommend!

I use these mostly as a fastener on the hole for self-locking gate latches. Why? Because I have goats and goats are not from this world. They will open any unsecured gate latches after scrupulously examining it while chewing their cud. Oh and they are great for hanging water buckets as well. They aren't going to rust and only get better with age.

Bought these because my BC doesn't have a ton of extra clips. So far they are working great, and for the price, I just keep a couple extra with me in case anyone needs one.

Looks like it is just coated in brass. I thought I was getting solid brass. It looks cheap. Feel ripped off!

I work on a scuba liveaboard boat and these things are very handy for clipping things to other things. aeasy to use, durable in the salty areas. It is good to buy a few and keep them handy for those times when you need a double clip.

The gold, ahem, brass standard for scuba clips. Useful for all manner of items. I got this as a second clip for the finger spool and DSMB. I use a second brass clip as a counter-weight for line management. A very cool trick I learned this past summer.

If you're looking for a great quality double-ender, and don't want to spend a bunch of money for stainless steel (basically the only reason to do that is you have too much money or you don't like the brass color), then these are a great bet!

Better to get brass or stainless steel clips with this design, and NOT latch clips, which activate on pressure. I have clips of all sizes depending on the application. This is FOUR INCHES, and that means BIG. Just remember that, and please click on this review helped or did not help. Other clips are part RING part clip, and so on. You may need to be sure before getting this clip.
