Scuba Choice makes many great functional products at affordable prices and this is no exception. I was able to strap the pair to my BCD tank strap and managed to fit a 4lb coated Scuba Choice lead weight rotated on its side.

These pockets are very good for those wanting secure tank or hip strap pockets for trim weight. They do fit 4lb of soft weight in each but they are quite full when carrying rated capacity. I would plan to have no more than 3 lb in them as they fit 3lb bags and hard lead quite nicely. The added security of the buckles puts these a step above others only having velcro closure at a budget price point.

It’s constructed of heavy-duty fabric, it has both a Velcro and buckle to secure the weight. It has a drain hole at the bottom which is a nice feature. It fit perfectly on my 2 inch webbing.Also, the product is listed as holding up to 2lb of weight per pocket, however I found these pockets can easily fit up to a 5lb hard weight, or 4lb of soft weight per pocket.
