This set is absolutely amazing. I was struggling with how to explain the true meaning behind Easter with my 4-year-old since he has not had the same upbringing in church that I had. When I found this set, I was ecstatic. We allowed him to keep the set in his room and every night of holy week we would do the next reading and open the egg. It opened up a lot of dialogs about Jesus and God and now he looks forward to reading other bible stories.

Such a creative, interaction way to retell the Easter story. Even adults benefit from this style of teaching. The smaller eggs were hard to separate at first but do get easier the more they are opened.

What a great book explaining the Easter story and each egg representing a part of the story! My kids enjoyed it so much. The only problem was the eggs were too hard to open for my little ones and they needed me to do it.

I love when kids religious books have something for them to hold and fidget with. It makes the story and the season more memorable.The book has a rhyme to each page so that helps little kids stay focused as well.

My 3 and 4 year old absolutely love this. We love to go through the Easter story together and take turns opening the eggs. Much more aesthetically pleasing and compact than traditional resurrection eggs; they double as decorations!

I looked at this off and on for two years before finally buying it, but I’m so glad I did. It’s very well done. The kids loved opening a new egg each day and learning more about the Savior’s last days, death, and resurrection.
