The tool itself seems to be good enough and reasonably durable, but I never actually used it though. First set came with several of the retaining clips broken; did an easy Amazon return and requested a replacement. Replacement came and had the same problem. Photo shows the replacement order when it arrived. This makes me concerned that the plastic case won't last long and that all the clips will break easily and very soon. Decided on a refund; again easily handled by Amazon.

Very satisfied with a ratchet set, this T-shaped handle can help me easily deal with a variety of scenarios, the new company assembled chairs two different styles of chairs, because the space is different so that I need to replace the length of the handle, magnetic handle disassembly is very easy, the sound of the gears makes you feel that the assembly is a kind of enjoyment, it's worth mentioning that the head of the screwdriver is also very good to use, how to use it won't be scratched, and will be more to buy! Some as gifts for my family and friends!

The tool and bits are solid quality but the case is terrible. The plastic inside the case is fragile and the clips that hold the bits in place break easily. I had to return my original order and replace with another because several clips were broken. The replacement arrived with the same problem. No wonder this was discounted to less than half the original price.

This is a revolutionary screwdriver set, truly love it! I have used it on so many things and for the money it works exactly as expected possibly even better! Great selection of bits and it is small enough to store anywhere and what a great value for a compact set!

Nice set! Having a t-handle is great, especially ratcheting! It is a nice set with many sizes that’ll cover a wide range of applications. The case is nice but some bits do find their way loose from time to time. I am not in anyway abusive to my tools and careful not to over torque that would scrip the head of any screws, but quality of the screw matters. This did not strip the head nor did it appear to be cheaply made and wear down the tip of the bit. I did not have a lot of use to date. Used about 4 bits so far with about 20-30 screws per bit. Worked out great for me and would recommend for light-ish duty applications (it’s not a high torque usage item, in my opinion). I still love this set and would recommend to anyone that would like a quality, ratcheting t-handle style insert bit set!

The tools are very handy for smaller screws and the ratcheting device works quite well. The only issue I have is the plastic box holds the set is made of cheap plastic so you would need to be careful when handling it. Looks like it could easily crack.
