I do a lot of work around the house and on vehicles and find that I use my impact driver quite a bit and more and more every year. This kit is great, as it has all the main bit ends as well as the nut drivers that I use regularly. I love the fact.It's all in one well organized kit.The only issue I have is the hinges are most likely going to break fairly soon But I'll just wrap a bungee around it.

I have ordered TOOLANT tools in the past and they have always been high-quality products. This set is very much the same.This product is a small set of impact-rated bits that are forged from S2 alloy steel and have a beautiful black manganese phosphate finish. The set is very complete, and it includes four of the most commonly used SAE-sized nut drivers and a 3/8” square drive adapter so that you may use your impact-rated 3/8”-drive sockets with your Impact Driver. Each bit or nut driver is laser engraved with the identity of the bit. All of the tools are designed for use with an impact driver or a drill driver and all have a ¼” Hex drive compatible with both tools. The bit selection includes: Hex (SAE and Metric), TORX, Phillips, PZ, Slotted, and Square. Additionally, there are the Nut Drivers, the 3/8”-Socket Drive Adapter, and six extended (3”) drive bits.This bit set comes in a very nice case that is somewhat reminiscent of the DeWALT ToughCase+ cases with the clear top, bit bars that are secured using dovetail fixation, and using both the top and bottom sections for tool storage. In some ways, the Toolant bit bars are superior to the DeWALT bit bars, specifically, in the way the bit bars secure each bit. The bit case has a sliding latch to ensure that the bits stay inside the case. It also has a sliding mount that will allow the bit case to be hung on a tool pegboard.This bit set is very well done and it has the quality of Toolant products inside the case. I am currently putting together a DeWALT TSTAK II case for my new DeWALT DCF860 Impact Driver and will be including a cutout place in the ShadowFoam for this product to reside. Very well done.

All 52 pieces come in a solid feeling plastic case with a transparent top and a sliding closure tab. All the bits clip into place and are held very well. The bits came slightly oiled to keep them in good shape in storage / shipping.All the bits are well cut, seem to be very rugged and are labled. Problem:Space in my work area is at a premium, so I keep my DIY tools to a minimum. Over the years, I've relied on a couple of Picquic screwdrivers with a limited selection of 6 bits, including Robertson, Phillips, and slotted. While they have served me well, there are times when my limited selection of bits is not suitable for the job at hand. This often leads to trips to my local Big Box store to pick up a single bit, which is not an efficient use of time and is generally the most expensive way to buy. Currently, I am undertaking a renovation project that requires Torx bits, but I have none on hand.Solution:The toolant Impact Driver Bit Set piqued my curiosity. Its Amazon ad is very accurate in its description, and I decided to give it a try.Observations:Compact and Convenient:The set is compact and fits easily into my tool chest, so I don’t need additional storage space.The included case means I don't waste time sorting through individual bits in my tool chest, which can be a hassle.Organization and Color Coordination:The bit organization and color coordination are stellar, ensuring no more confusion about which bit to use.Each type in the set is marked with a colored ring following the toolant bit color-coding system for quick recognition.Durability:The bits are made from S2 alloy steel, with a hardened core that increases their strength and reduces the likelihood of fracture.The manganese phosphate surface treatment helps prevent rust, ensuring a long lifespan for the bits.Magnetic Features:Magnetic impact Torx bits and nut drivers make it easy to pick up screws, providing convenience and efficiency during use.The magnetic bit holder enhances the magnetic strength of 1" bits, and the magnetism remains effective even after multiple uses.Complete Range of Products:The set includes a variety of bits: hex, Torx, Phillips, slotted, square (SQ), and Pozidriv (PZ) screwdriver bits, as well as nut drivers, a bit holder, and a socket adapter.This comprehensive selection ensures that I have more bits than I will ever need, hopefully ending my last-minute trips to the Big Box store.Bottom Line:The toolant Impact Driver Bit Set is more than I expected. This is a comprehensive, 52-piece impact driver bit set. It comes packaged in a plastic case that flips open 180 degrees, so you have easy access to all the bits. I recommend keeping the cardboard insert as the back (see photo) has a color-coded index to all the bits. The bits themselves have a matching color band, so it makes it easy to find what you’re looking for.The bits seem durable though only time will tell.The set includes all the basics you would expect – Philips, Robertson (square), Torx, Hex, Slotted and PZ. There is a small (4 piece) set of nut drivers though they include a 3/8” socket adapter so if you already have a standard 3/8” socket set, you can use all of them with this adapter. There are also 6 extended bits though for some reason the two Philips ones are the same size (PH2). Finally there is an impact bit holder that holds any of the regular sized bits for use with a drill. I was initially wondering why there were so many hex bits when I realized that they have included a complete Metric set and Imperial set.I initially found it difficult to put the bits back in the case but discovered that if you first push the hex base in vertically it is then easy to rotate the bit down 90 degrees into position. The other thing I did was to rotate the bits so that the size (which is printed on each bit) is visible from the top. This will take any guesswork out of selecting the correct bit the first time.Overall, this seems like a very useful bit set and good value as well.
