Works as intended but less versatile than the model 459 extender which I also have. I do prefer the 459 over this 259 because I can adjust the angle at the base thus giving me more positioning options.

Everything it says it is.. worked awsome to get rod holders above gunnell of boat. Seems sturdy enough to be good for striper or muskie fishing.

this adaptor is excellent for going fishing and trolling in the boat. It’s an excellent product for my use. The price was reasonable. Or search many websites to find an Amazon have them available.

Great durable product. I used this to extend the height of my scotty rod holder when trolling so when i'm paddling my pole doesn't get in the way. A little bit high in price for a plastic part but definitely worth it for the amount of kayak fishing i do.
