I use this brand since I have better results than from some of the cheaper brands. It was easy to remove from the roll and it stuck well to the box. I do curl under the end of the tape when done so I can easily find the end and not have that frustration of trying to pry the tape away from the roll, but I do think this one would do better with that than some of the older designs or other brands. It's easy to use. At just under $6 for the roll--at least that's what I paid-- the value is fine. It's not super thick but thick enough to do the job. I would reorder if I need more.

I was given some packaging tape branded by a big box hardware store. That one is thin, tears easily, and is very hard to work with. This one, on the other hand, is very easy to work with. This is due to the thicker heavier tape. This Scotch brand is far superior.

I don't think I ever bought that thick tape!:) I really like it, it peels nicely, doesn't tear apart and it is sticky5 stars, I do recommend it l.

Strong tape and easier to work with than cheaper versions that tend to tear and stick onto itself which can make it difficult to find where to restart the tape again. It fits nicely in the handled tape receptacle I use to securely close packages.

Strong tape that holds up real good! I only use this brand now when I’m packaging up boxes. Never had any issues with strength of adhesion and all of my boxes have stayed sealed.

I send out packages domestically & internationally almost everyday & this is by far my favorite tape to use. It sticks well to boxes / mailer bags & it's strong enough that I don't have to worry about boxes breaking open when they're going to a different country. The tape is thick, does a great job & looks clean on packages since it's clear.I do wish there was a better overall value though. For the price, you don't get too much, but I can't fully complain as it works well!
