These may not compare to, or have the longevity as my $20 Fiskars, but for everyday scissors to keep in every room of the house, these are fantastic.Consider and use these as "paper scissors" - - - in other words, don't think you can try using them for cardboard or flower stems. If you use these as intended - - - for paper, cutting open chip bags, cutting string and ribbon - - - you'll be very, very happy.They are comfortable in hand, super sharp, and the construction is aligned so they cut reliably (I had a pair of scissors that weren't aligned right and paper just slid between the blades instead of being cut by them).Great value for great everyday scissors.
