I got these because my hearing aid batteries have been repackaged to make them child proof. Sadly, they are pretty much adult proof as well. The new packaging requires scissors to cut the individual batteries loose. I thought these TSA approved scissors would be good for carrying in a purse to use for opening the individual battery slots. Sadly, the scissors aren't sharp enough or strong enough to cut through the lightweight cardboard. I'm not sure how the TSA will deal with bigger and stronger scissors. They're nice scissors, just not helpful for what I need.

I on occasion eat at Arby's and love Arby's sauce on my double meat sandwich. Arby's has eliminated their pumps for sauces and gone to packets. My 82 year old fingers have trouble opening the packets and when I do get one open the sauce doesn't go where I want it. So these scissors which are foldable and lightweight are always in my pocket. I unfold them and nip the corners off the 3 packets refold the scissors and put them back in my pocket. Excellent.

Literally the most convenient thing to carry in a purse/diaper bag! Easy to unfold but you don't have to worry about getting poked by the sharp tip.

I bought them specifically for traveling. They are lightweight but sturdy and fold easily for packing. They will also be perfect for camping. Very pleased.

Easy to open and then fold back into its safe configuration to prevent accidental injury to yourself or your belongings. Great for travel. I keep it in my pickleball bag to cut grips and lead tape.

I'm a disabled vet with a laundry list of diagnosis. 2 dangers for me is Chronic PTSD-MAX, Chronic Suicidality and a disfigured body (why doesn't god heal amputees?).I bought these specifically to prune Cannabis and they are perfect for the job and store away in a folded, safe configuration. Exactly what I needed to help me to get through the day's safe from myself.

I bought these scissors to put in my carry on luggage. I had no problem going through security. They work great and they’re easy to fold. I really like them.
