We have a new B&G 48 mile radar to replace the old R20X on the radar arch of our sailboat. This plate was the 'problem solver' that let us move the new ray-dome to the center of the arch. The needed holes were all in the right places. Good stuff. As to how long the finish last on an aluminium plate, remains to be seen. (old mount was incompatible but still perfect after over 30 years because it is stainless)
