These organizers are easy to slip together and hold up to 3 smaller binders or two larger ones. They are not what I would call heavy duty but I have grouped them so that provides more stability. I have a collection of binders for classes I am taking and need the binders to be easily accessible.

This product arrived chipped and cracked on the bottom board, but need it asap so going to go ahead and keep it. I like how many folders it can hold, so hoping it’ll work great in my classroom. Everything slid into place easily.

Comes flat with simple instructions. Building it is a little challenging at the end when trying to align all the rows with the back, but once everything is clicked in, it's actually pretty solid! I'm using it to store palettes and paints and it's not even bending!

I work in aviation which involves creating work orders for the guys on the shop floor. As I finish a work order I use the slots of a document organizer to keep them nice and separated depending on which airline I'm doing. My old one was being held together by electrical tape and was nearing its end when I went to go look for one that would fit my specifications. The quality is there the spacing between the slots is good. Its the width of the product that didn't make it for me. It wasn't quite enough to keep my the documents from toppling over. I was so sad to return it.

Works great not just for files, for other items as well. Not very sturdy, doesn't feel like it will hold heavy binders, but more than enough for basic folders and stuff that's not too terribly heavy. Easy to put together. Overall very happy with this product!!

I purchased these for storing crafting paper and paper pads. The design has both a pro and a con. Without a "top", the partitions are not as sturdy as I would like if the sections aren't full. The advantage is that you can use them to store different sizes of paper/magazines/etc. The 8 12 X 11 fits great and doesn't stick out beyond the bottom of the holder. The 12 X 12 does stick out beyond top and front, but it holds the size just fine. This size costs less than holders designed for 12 X 12, but due to the lack of a top or front partition, you are not limited to the smaller papers as with most units. I prefer storing vertically. It is much easier to remove a pad or group of papers and with units like this, the entire shelf of pads/papers won't shift and slide causing damage to the papers and my mood.As for putting them together, look at each section carefully. The grooves where you slide the sections are open on one end and a " stopper" at the other end. The back piece also has three tabs which must slide directly into the three matching openings in the bottom section. If you don't see the three openings in the bottom piece, you may have it backwards. Yep, I did that. Had to slide everything back apart and start over. I pay better attention now. If all the pieces are completely in, as designed, it is sturdy enough if you aren't rough with it. I would not use it in a classroom or a day care.
