This product is a beast and can do many things. I bought this as a gift after doing major research. It's well worth the price and the customer support is awesome. The product community is an awesome resource as well. The community provides video support for project goals and tutorials.

I had used sublimation ink in another printer, got white streaks on print. Got fed up! OMG this printer is the bomb!! Beautiful sublimation prints!! Highly recommended

This printer is just awful. It doesn’t work with newest Mac. Says the developer needs to update their program. The software is old and terribly slow. This is my second day using the printer & already it’s printed out ten sheets of just the bottom 1/10 of the project. The starter pack is not impressive. Cheap. This printer is not up to 2023 standards. I feel like I’m using dial up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. if anyone knows a better printer please let me know.

I purchased this for my wife that has many years making things with her vinyl cutouts. This thing takes it to the next level. You can make professional grade items with its capabilities. The Ink is expensive but when you see the quantity it will blow you away!

Giving a 3 star because I don’t know if this is damaged or if I just got bad ink or what. I was very excited to get this machine. Last week I printed just 2 photos of my granddaughter and today one week later, I go to use it and enjoy my weekend of crafting to see that all of the ink is very low. With how much I paid for this bundle, you’d think the ink cartridges would be full and last more than just printing 2 8x10 photos. The YouTubers that raved about this said they’ve had the same ink for over a year, so did I just get bad ink cartridges or is something wrong with this machine? Overall, it arrived in a timely manor, pretty easy set up and while short lived, I enjoyed the products I made using it. Time to look for ink.

The printer and package set are exactly as the seller describes. Great printer for the type of projects I'm doing. The Seller is responsive and quick to address any possible issues - there weren't any issues. I just wasn't playing with a full set of marbles when I contacted them. FOUND IT!!

I have had no issues with my printer ran quite a few test runs. The biggest mistake I think people make is not using the sawgrass print manager. So you can set the substrate that you plan to sublimate and get the correct saturation levels. This is a printer for people who are experienced and know how to trouble shoot to dial it in. I had no missing items and ink level was as described in the details
