I purchased this in June of 2023, about 18 months ago. At first I loved it. It was sleek, looked elegant, and fit perfectly on my shelf. However, recently I noticed that the glue was starting to disintegrate, and pretty quickly the entire book started to fall apart. Very odd since the book itself doesn't get opened regularly, and mostly just sits on the shelf in my office. This is not the quality I expect for $50, especially considering you can get a waterproof and fireproof safe at the same price point. I would encourage consumers to avoid this product and spend your hard earned money on something more substantial and better constructed.** It is also worth noting, when I left a review about this issue on their company website, it was scrubbed and not shown with the other reviews, even when I used the filtering. Seems a bit sus to me.

Good quality and helps keep me organized. I only wish there were one or two more full letter size pockets for a few more categories of documents.I was able to place some uniquely sized items (eg hard drive with photos) in the folders with no issue.I would like to see how the strings and clasps hold up over time to opening and closing, these seem a bit flimsy. But so far we are very happy with the product.

I purchased my first Savor Folio here on Amazon, and like a couple others had some issues with the glue falling apart. I initially left a negative review, but decided after some time to reach out directly to the company through their website. Very happy I did, because the customer service was 10/10. The Savor team were so friendly and helpful. They sorted out the issues (bad batch of glue) and sent me a replacement right away! My new Folio is in perfect condition, and I am pleased to say, one month later, that the glue is holding strong. I also have a Baby Vault Keepsake box and love both. These are so convenient and useful!

Originally I had written a really harsh review of this product. The owner of the company reached out to me after reviewing many responses about the binder coming undone, and she has taken the steps to make it right. It came out to be there was a bad batch of glue, and she offered to send me another one. I do appreciate the customer service and the willingness to take a step back and say “Hey, we messed up. Let me fix this for you.” This is the type of customer service and care that will make me buy again from this company, rather than one who would not care. I’ll be honest, I was very quick to get typing when I was frustrated with the product, so I thought it was deserved to share the great things this company did to make it right.DONT BUY. Literally as soon as I started flipping through it and putting a few documents in it, the bottoms of the folder ripped. In each one. All my stuff fell out. So annoyed that I spent 50 DOLLARS for this

Seen this product on Tiktok so decided to check it out. We highly recommend it! It not only has handy pre wrote labels for each folder, but it also holds everything important and if there's ever an emergency we can grab it quickly and get out.My only complaint/suggestion is that they don't have any blank labels to write something different on. It would be good to have as we had a few things we wanted to file that there was no label for.

I knew that this is a file that wouldn't store lots of paper work, but that is the point in my opinion. We live in a digital age and I want to have less paper. So this is good for what I want.I would be concerned ordering this from the seller as I believe the packaging is completely inadequate. Just a normal plastic parcel bag with no padding. One of the corners is slightly dented, but not noticeable and the front has some dented scoring on close inspection, but not that noticeable either. So not perfect. However I can see it being far worse due to the inadequate packaging for some customers. I am lucky.I did seek these out from the maker Savor, but they only deliver in the UK if order is over 150 pounds. As such could only find them from this seller, they are not overcharging, this is almost the same price as on Savor in GBP
