The earplugs don't fit in my ear, very flimsy, they pop right out-going straight to the landfill👎😒. Nose plug is the only thing that worked & this is too much to pay for a couple of nose plugs.

The ear pieces worked well and are very comfortable, the nose piece was not, was too tight, hard, did not keep water out and unuseable. I bought a new separate nose piece to go along with these ear pieces
