I purchased this for work and it accommodates my 4.5 x 9 citations well with room on the other side for additional paperwork and a trimmed notepad. I like the fold down on the right for using carbon forms.

Product is exactly as I expected, although I wish the manufacturer took a little more time rounding the edges off. Also wish they use new aluminum rather then recycled they seem very cheaply made now a days.

It's a work horse. This is my 3rd one my guys like it's durability, I forgot mine on the truck it fell into the street I picked it up straightened it out and it's still going strong.

If you're a law enforcement officer and looking for a great citation book, I recommend checking out this Saunders 10507 holder. The size is perfect for keeping a few citations on hand. And the best part is it fits conveniently in your duty bag, and pulling it out to write a traffic citation on inside the car is a breeze. This isn't a giant holder that makes it difficult (and dangerous) to write a citation by adjusting your seated angle in order to cleanly write. You can simply rest this light weight board against your wheel, and always have the vehicle in your field of view while writing the ticket. It even has a few compartments inside that you can tape a cheat sheet too with associated fines, violations, etc. It doesn't clasp closed however, so just be aware of that if you keep a bunch of documents inside and accidentally drop it or have to throw it down. But all in all, I love it and the quality is extremely high for what you pay for. The design is also simple as well and you can tell it's made with practicality in mind, and not just having unnecessary flaps or pockets that get in the way.

Great price, great product. I deliver redi-mix concrete and it works perfect for our invoices. I store blank invoices on the left as well as a couple of pens clipped to the cross bar, and the fill out invoices on the left. When filled out I simply flip "writing board" out and tuck the completed invoice behind it and add a fresh invoice on top. The clip has plenty of pressure to hold a days worth of invoices without a hitch. This is also priced much better than those obtained locally (when they can be found). What it cannot do...... handle being run over by a Redi-Mix truck or flying off the fender of a Redi-Mix truck doing 60mph YMMV ;)
