Not dense as portrait in pictures. What a disappointment, it says to wait 48 hours before use. Haaaaa, I have knee replacement surgery 16 hours from now. How the heck to wait 48 hours. Not mentioned on this site. Sitting here like two flat surfaces. I will return them back after I get better from surgery. They better take it back even late.

After major surgery, this pillow was a life savor. I could not get comfortable until this. It comes vacuum sealed in heavy plastic.. you will need scissors to open.

The wedges are super comfortable and keeps my upper body elevated while I use my CPAP. We also use this when we watch TV but don’t want to lay flat. Will definitely have to buy another because my husband keeps using mine.

I've used a number of wedge pillows in an attempt to get comfortable, but there always seems to be a problem with them. I'm like Goldilocks with wedge pillows: one is too hard, one is too soft, one is too low, one is too high. The Sasttie Wedge Pillow is just right! I love that it comes in three pieces so that you can adjust the height. I like it at one level for watching television and a lower level for sleeping. The memory foam is just firm enough to hold you up, but soft enough to feel comfortable. I'm sleeping so much better now that I got this pillow.

it's what I've been looking for!!! basically you receive 2 wedge pillows... use alone or double up! sometimes I just need a little incline so 1 is perfect. it has velcro straps to hold them together and it also comes with a head pillow.

I worried that the memory foam would not support my head and upper body well, but it does. The variety of configurations possible with it is quite desirable.

I had cervical surgery and could not sleep well. The first day I received I slept like a baby. It is soft and comfortable.
