Got several sets for an event, they didn’t disappoint, very elegant but also sharp, didn’t have any problems cutting a thick beef steak.

Great all-purpose knife. Priced like a butter knife but is pretty much sharp enough to use for a steak. I go through a lot of knives at my restaurant (knives are notoriously for service to accidentally throw away), So I've usually been stuck with mediocre knives to save money. But these are are actually cheaper than our last several models and way better

Before using, I put all the new forks and knives in the dishwasher. They came out shiny, without any hint of rust. The set is not pristine however. There are tiny symbols etched into the surfaces of every piece. I first thought that they were stains from the dishwasher soap, or perhaps plating coming off a set of phony, plated stainless pieces. Nope, neither. I had to use a magnifying glass, but those "imperfections" are clearly tiny symbols etched into the stainless, about 1/16 inch in size. One is clearly a face with a big grin, and another looks like a beehive. They are NOT just random scratches, but clearly recognizable as symbols of some sort. I don't know why they are there, but they do do affect the use of the set, and I do not care that the set is not pristine as it is quite decent stainless and just what I needed. If you can abide having tiny symbols etched into your knives and forks, the set is quite nice.

These nights are very sturdy and they’re easy to use. I am very happy that they cut very well to meet and everything. I would recommend this for anyone who wants nice pair of steak knives

Some reviewer say they're good and others bad.They're both correct in a way.They are better than cheap flimsy flatware but don't have the weight of high quality flatware.
