A little loud but works well

I installed it in the basement where I needed a utility sink and this Saniswift Pro pump was perfect. All the parts you need are included which is great. I spent more time getting tapped into my septic system just because of tight spaces but setting up the pump was a no-brainer. Working well and it is pretty quiet. You can hear it when it comes on, but it runs for less than 10 seconds.

I was not aware of this technology- what a great solution. Hopefully it holds up over time.

We added a full bathroom to our basement because our kids play sports and have sleepovers almost every weekend. We wanted the convenience of keeping everything downstairs including muddy athletes walking into the basement and showering before entering the main part of the house. While we could have the shower and sink lines to the Saniflo macerater we use for the toilet we decided to purchase the grey water pump for the shower and the sink for 2 reasons:1) It would make the piping easier to connect to another pump in our configuration.2) The Grey Water pump is super quiet and we wouldn't have to hear the larger pump run more frequently. It's been well over 2 years and both Saniflo pumps have worked great without any issues. Very happy with the added convenience of a full bath in the basement and the Saniflo product line.*The only maintenance I do is to run the descaler through the pumps every 6 months. That is a very simple process that takes little time.

This pump has worked very well for about a month now in my basement laundry sink. My sink does not serve as a drain for my washing machine so this gets intermittent use for hand washing etc. Install was relatively easy, directions were basic but good enough if you have some basic skills. After about a month its working very well and pumps up about 8 feet through a 1" drain line with no problems.Pros:1)Very compact2)Quieter than expected3)Top and side intake connections4)Easy to install and pumps very quicklyCons:1)Cord is a bit shorter than I'd like, wont reach an outlet about 4 feet away from my sink and 4 feet off the floor2)Included rubber couplers are not as robust as standard plumbing couplers, we'll see how long they last.I did a lot of research before purchasing this and I have been happy with my purchase so far!

We had a slow flowing floor drain in an old house. The basement shower tended to back up over the ankles at times. There is a new two inch drain pipe a foot above the floor behind the shower and this would be an ideal drain for the shower if only there was a quiet, good quality pump designed for this ... so I ordered this pump and was delighted to see the noise-dampening features it incorporates throughout, the check valves on the inlet and outlet ports, the quality of the pump and accessories ... all in all an excellent product. And so quiet when operating - a barely noticeable low rumble. But remember to take the cover off and check that the pressure switch has not been dislodged in shipping. The pump I received was like this and only took a minute to replace back into it's proper position. Cover removal was quite easy but took some care. Also a 7mm nut-driver helped with proper tightening of the provided clamps. I highly recommend this product!

Si puedes leer un instructivo puedes instalarlo, no es muy complicado. No es un ruido molesto el que hace al trabajar y tiene buena capacidad de descarga. Hasta el momento funciona muy bien.

Bought this pump to use for a shower and it keeps up with no issues. It does operate a little louder than expected but this could easily be remedied by isolating it in a sound deadening enclosure since the size is quite small. Installation was pretty straight forward with a good set of instructions.

Functions exactly as described. Very compact unit, installed for a wet bar. Instruction sheet awful at best. Plumber had difficulty finding the vent outlet (a well hidden knockout), but followed a prior Q&A response and called Mark. ("The max vertical is 12 ft on the Sanishower, so this unit will not work for that situation. The Sanivite is a gray water pump that can elevate to 16 feet, check out that one. If you have any questions feel free to call us 866-658-0505 Thanks, Mark The SanifloStore). Mark was available and very helpful. Highly recommend.

This is a great little pump if it worked. It wouldn't trip on with water and just leaked from the top. After calling tech support.... open the top by removing the two Torx 20 screws and pressing out the four tabs, starting with the front. This will take a large flat screw driver unless you have fingers of steel. My gasket was laying in the bottom of the tank. (explains leaking around the top) and the bottom was off the impeller housing. The gasket goes on the lid. Great! ... but assembled, still wouldn't trigger on. Apparently the electronic board was damaged because of not having a gasket in place. I could get it to fire by plugging it in and out, but only for seconds. I think this is a good device, and am going to reorder. Wish me luck. Check out my pictures. Reuse grey water. The fittings are irregular because it deals with drain pipe as opposed to water delivery sizes (inside or outside pipe dimensions. No problem, the fittings are available, look for rubber couplings with clamps. The big box building stores have them. Use pvc reducing adapters and Teflon tape to make a good transition, even on slip fittings to rubber. It will prevent leaks. Be sure to use a two way vent pipe or (aka open stack) on top left or top right opening. Outlet in top middle only. Be sure to insert the 1" rubber washer that comes with it. Use solid pipe on the outlet for good reason. Lots of torque. Empty your washing machine into a sink, connect to the drain and into the side inlet with the provided adapter. (Teflon tape and clamp)
