My first unit was dated 2001. The propeller sheared right off. You definitely need to perform required maintenance but let’s say no problems for nineteen years. Unit is quiet and small for 2 gallons. Go pvc on the vent. Easy to install on existing plumbing.

This is the 2nd time I purchased this unit. The 1st one ran perfectly for 20 years! I was so pleased it was still available and built with the same high quality. The only difference is a better float switch.
