I’ve bought hundreds of SD, CF, Express, micro, and CFast cards over the past couple of decades both as a media professional and a film and television teacher. There are a number of good brands out there but I’ve found SanDisk to be the most bulletproof across all variants and speeds. Reliable, reasonably priced, with good performance. This card performed as expected and is compatible with my now ancient Canon 7D.

These are the best CF cards on the market, no doubt. I use them in Amiga computers as well as vintage PC's. They are fast and never fail me. Please keep these available!

This is a fast and reliable, quality CF card. Have been using it for years now with no issues. Even went through the washing machine and still works and didn't lose any of the photos. Would highly reccomend, though I would not reccomend putting it through the wash on purpose just in case!

This compact flash card was exactly what I needed for a great price! The card wasn't formatted properly for my camera, but with a little googling I figured it out and it works like a charm for my Canon EOS 7D! It was shipped quickly and exactly what I was expecting.

SANDISK CONFUSION : UN- Confused! Read 1000 reviews it won't make a difference, because the sad fact is A. Memory card corruption 99% is users error: format in camera, use a quality CF CARD READER, , DON'T PLAY AROUND WHEN USING WINDOWS 10, Be SURE YOU HAVE EJECTED CARD. WINDOWS AKNOWLEDGES THIS ISSUE, BUT ALSO IF YOU PULL A CF CARD OUT B4 Eject, you lock it by default. SanDisk, even Lexar still warranty their cards unbelievably. Buy one of these two. NOW ABOUT NOT BEING PRO FAST, HANG ON 5D user, SanDisk has am issue, and it's not speed its name. A year B4 this card, extreme pro was 80mbt writespeeed, this is 120, newer cards are 200+, HOWEVER your camera can only write so fast card speed doesn't matter after a certain point!!!!! The cards not slow, your cameras write speed is!!!! My Nikon D4,shoots 14Bit RAW uncompressed for 60 shots without writing to a card. A 5D does not, but faster cards 2ont effect that, for 90 % of all cameras this card is faster than it can write the files clearing the buffer. That's said, 128G is 4K video capture, if you shoot a 64G card even close to full in a shoot, I'm sorry but even my twin D-810's at 36.3mgpx FX, CAN SHARE A 64g card , I use it for video sizes. And for that CF has long been the best tech, fastest, reliable, I'm a 25 year veteran please TRUST ME. EDITED 7.6.19 Still using 2 128G cards like clockwork !!!! No need to read anymore!!!!! EXTREME PRO, that’s the name, it’s gotta be the fastest right? Simple Sandisk jumps the shark everytime they hit top speed. I have extreme pro 45mbs cards, THIS ONE, lives up to the name, read on!! I don’t endorse, free, discount or otherwise any item if I do not use it myself , that’s the bottom line. I cannot play w/ shady CF cards! A. This is an awesomely fast, reliable card that replaced the CF slot card (Lexar 32G 1066xPro), and matched against my Lexar XQD 2933x card {In my D4}, it hold it’s own. In fact I’d say it’s negligably slower if at all;”At write speed after clearing cache”. Every camera has a buffer, my old D4 had a Buffer upgrade, that was standard in the D4, allowing{, note* buffer capacity is effected by every setting except (raw1+joeg2- which is odd to me, but that’s the deal). So IE: when I touch my Focus button{shutter for most of you, BBFocus for probodies), I see remaining photo capacity,(#of shots before I need to write to card, although it starts immediately), mine is 52. I can get it to 60+, or w/ active D lighting, noise reduct, iso noise reduct, etc @42. If I mash the shutter and clear the cache,( which is = on either card as priority), upon filling my buffer, the camera slows from 10 fps, to 1.,2. Usually **the XQD card wil start to free up more cache allowing,( uninterrupted shooting ) of 5 more images stopping at 100. With today’s glass, and Nikon’s, (Canon’s Sony etc), focus accuracy, you should never ever need the Write Speed of this card. My Lexar 32G 1066x was 160mbps, Top end, this is 120mbs I see 0 difference. WINDOWS 10 users. I highly recommend NEVER OFFLOADING IMAGES OTHER THAN FROM CAMERA TETHERED VIA USB, PROTOCOL. I’ve used San/Lexar for 25 years, lost 1 card to a card reader setup, windows 10, Lexar 1066x,( $150 when purchased). IDK why, but I’ve lost 2, TWO HDD’s (external) as well, so I’d say it’s windows.
