Unfortunately, right out of the box this didn't wheel in a straight line and tried to make a hard left turn. I emailed the seller and their response was to return it. That's a waste of time for me when I needed to have it now. I'll send it back but not purchase again from this seller. I'll go to Samsonite directly.

It is heavy and the handle feels flimsy because the metal sleeves extend and collapse into 4 sections due to the height of the bag. Regular suitcases in comparison have only one or 2 metal sleeves so the handles are sturdier on regular suitcases vs this bag. The fact that it’s a bottom heavy bag with flimsy handle can be kinesthetically awkward at times. It holds a large water bottle, small lunch bag, laptop, and books. Plenty of pockets for everything. This bag should hold up well until the collapsible handle fails. The wheels are good quality and the style of the bag looks professional.

Es preciosa, la tela durable, es rígida completamente, es estable, no se cae cuando la abres (algo que suele suceder por el peso de la computadora, tiene gran espacio, yo solo la utilizo para la oficina, pero si deseas viajar se adapta facilmente. Tengo fibromialgia y eso hace que no pueda cargar mis cosas a la oficina, rueda de forma suave, sin que tengas que forzarla, por eso no tendrás lesiones en hombros o brazos.Algunas reseñas decían que es pesada, pero a pesar de mi enfermedad me resulta cómoda y ligera, porque la mayor parte del tiempo rueda.

This spinner is undoubtedly one of my best purchases on Amazon. I waited approximately 10 months to write this review to assess its quality and durability. It is definitely worth the investment! The spacious design includes multiple compartments, making it perfect for organizing items for the office, such as a laptop and a small lunchbox. It spins smoothly, allowing for effortless movement without the need to drag it, and you can place an additional bag on top to avoid carrying extra weight. Although the handle initially seemed fragile, it has held up well and is still working perfectly. The trolley is stylish, beautiful, compact, and doesn’t take up much space in a room. It’s also easy to lift and carry when needed. Overall, this has been one of my top purchases on Amazon.

Exactly as advertised. A rolling office. It’s nice when working hybrid. I don’t have to worry about not having everything I need. Size is perfect. It rolls great I have had no issues. Zipper quality is fine.

Wow, sehr schön ich bin begeistert.Habe mir selber eine Geburtstagsgeschenk gemacht.Habe den Trolley heute bereits erhalten obwohl er erst für nächste Woche angekündigt war.Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Er sieht toll aus. Wie eine Handtasche auf Rollen. Da ich mit meinem Laptop und dem Headset und einigen Unterlagen vom Geschäft und dem Büro Zuhause wechsle, suchte ich einen Trolley der nicht zu wuchtig ist und eher den Charakter einer Handtasche hat. Aber Platz soll er trotzdem haben. Er ist wendig wie man es von Samsonite gewohnt ist. Es ist zwar kein Leichtgewicht aber er hat ja Rollen. Die Fächer sind durchdacht und für meine Zwecke passend.Bin gespannt wie er sich im Alltag macht.Werde wahrscheinlich doch etwas hin und her räumen bis alles seinen Platz hat.Ich werde nach Gebrauch berichten.

OMG I am actually blown away by how lovely this is! I was trying to find a negative but so far I can't! Including the fact that it was shipped from America visit Amazon's global scheme and I had it in 5 days!!! Amazing! Now the bag it's self has tough outer covering, with very sturdy zips and my favourite....loads of sections and pockets! Now I'm not planning to use it in the high powered world of flying! I'm just a lowly shop assistant! But I do find I'm carrying a lot more stuff! I needed a bag that I could use regularly which accommodated all my stuff and was public transport friendly n didn't way a ton! (Even filled up!) I settled on this because I found I really don't like backpacks and I'm getting older and I just cannot carry heavy stuff! I loved the amount of compartments and the duribility as well as the added bonus of the spinner wheels.It holds everything, make up, tongs, tablet, kindle brolly, and most inportantly my packed lunches without the need for a bloody carrier bag! I use busses a lot and I love the way I can drop the handle and pick it up when it's busy and it is OK on my lap or under my legs. So far I love it! I hope it lasts a long time!

This bag was great for travelling with my work laptop. Feels like good quality. The only real flaw I found with it is that it won't stay upright when the laptop is in the laptop sleeve, and the zippers are open - it's not very well balanced. Otherwise, I really like this bag. It fits in the overhead compartment of small planes, too.

I really like the Samsonite Spinner! It is appealing to the eye and holds all of my stuff. I can even carry my water bottle and snacks easily. The Spinner accommodates my 15.6 laptop and there is enough space for me to cover my laptop with its stretchy zippered case before I put it in. The Spinner rolls freely and telescope handle adjusts nicely and is at the perfect height when fully extended. The handles are padded and long which makes it easy to carry when not being rolled. At this point I have only used it about 4/5 times over the past month and am hoping it will continue to serve me well. I had a different Samsonite case before this one which I liked but the padded handles wore out prematurely and I now need to get them repaired. That is not an easy process so I am hoping the Spinner handles hold up well! That part remains a disappointment for me with Samsonite. With their long history of making luggage and business bags you would expect them to be more customer friendly and put stronger handles on business bags! Yes, they say they will repair their products while still under warranty but you need to be near a service center to make that happen. For me that is an hour or more away. I actually got the Spinner so I would have something to use while the other bag is being repaired. I looked at dozens of other bags for a replacement but came back to Samsonite because the construction is sturdy and holds its shape and the body holds up well under lots of constant use. At this point I would give my Spinner 5 stars for construction, looks, and ease of use!

I bought this computer bag after reading several favorable reviews. It was delivered on a Sunday within the estimated delivery time as promised, and in tact - no packaging issues. It's a nice looking bag, very stylish and classy. I love the spinner wheels which is why I didn't buy so many others that I liked. Simply because they didn't have the spinner wheels. I took it on a business trip 3 days later and was impressed that it fit my 15' laptop, extra pair of pumps, skirt, 2 blouses, pants, toiletries, and other miscellaneous must haves for my trip. Let's just say it fits enough for up to 2 days on the road. It's reasonably priced and very stylish. I've only had it for a little over a month so I can't say much about the durability but I had no trouble getting it on the plane and I kept it under my seat on a mid sized plane - the ones with 3 seats on each side. I would've preferred it in leather and in another color but most of the ones I saw that were like that, didn't come with spinner wheels . I've had other computer bags without this feature and didn't like having to pull my bag all the time. I would definitely recommend it.
