Works fine, easy to install. This was a replacement for and existing lock box. I wanted to change the keys but a locksmith cost a bundle. This worked out great. One word of caution. If you need more keys later, you will probably need to go to a locksmith to have them made. Places like Home Depot and the like, do not stock this key type. Still a good deal. Got 6 keys for $15. Saved a bundle and works great.
