Good metal detector and a great price for all that comes with including the case, headset, and little shovel. The display is eady to understand and navigate. The metal detector works just as well as any I've previosly had in this price range. The adjustablity of length is really designed well. I can eadily shorten for the kids and extend for me with just two latches. It' not heavy so there isn't any arm strain while using for a long time. We've had a lot of fun using it. We're finding all kinds of things on my property that used to be an old farm.

This was my second metal detector I have ever owned. I found a ton of stuff in my own back yard.

got this for myself as I've been remodeling a house and use this to pick up most, not all, of the metal debris such as nails, etc after they fall and get lost in the grass or buried in the sand. in the process, I've found old metal items, mostly trash, but some items that seem to be old family photos that were buried by the homes previous owners in metal boxes. unfortunately, no pirate treasure so far, but I'm still looking! its easy to use, easy to put together and very fun to use! if you are into stuff like this, I would definitely recommend picking one up and seeing what you can find around your own home! overall, would recommend.

It was easy to set up using the pictures rather than the words. The battery cover is cheap and fell off within 15 minutes. I will have to use tape to keep it on and closed. I love that it uses 9V batteries instead of AA, C, or D, but rechargeable would be ideal.By default, iron detection is disabled, but it can be enabled. Other metals can be turned off, but the top 4 are always on. The other included features are excellent as well.I was able to "find" my ring easily. I also found a buried aluminum wrapper. It found another object; we dug about 6 inches and could not reach it; the soil was arid. We could hear we were close to a pipe, which may have been related to that.Overall, I was delighted.

This is the perfect addition to our treasure finding arsenal. The ability to narrow down the type of metal as well as using the pinpoint feature really makes this ideal for finding metal. All pieces of this detector are easily adjustable and can fit adults to kids. The weight is decently light considering the pieces involved. This was also able to identify pieces that other detectors on the beach were not. With the ability to see an estimated depth and pinpoint position, this beat out anything else we saw.

These are extremely fun to own when you live near beaches and parks where people of course naturally will lose things. My son and I will typically find loose change or jewlery but mainly a lot of coins! He finds it fun. Everything in the box is included! It’s pretty accurate, I do rate this one on the high end of devices for sure!
