This vibrating tile setter has a ton of vibratory power. Significantly more than another brand i have already reviewed. I don't know how to numerically measure the vibratory force. Let me put it in comparative terms. I've been a remodeling contractor for over 20 years now. I have used Numerous types of HILTI brand (Arguably the most powerful brand out there) concrete breakers and Ive never wanted for "Less power." All my tools generally have their setting at MAX regardless what I'm doing. This little guy will easily do what it needs to do on the lowest level very quickly. Needless to say I'm quite impressed. The controls are easy to manage and the tool is built to a very high standard of materials and quality craftsmanship and finish. I was most surprised by the ease of the "trigger button" which is some sort of optical sensor that your thumb barely has to even touch to activate the tool. There is also a little red "power button" near the battery. The function power switch is also quite sensitive in a good way that you don't have to fight with getting a microswitch to recognize your input. The only downside is the extra noise caused by a semi loose connection to the battery. Its not going to come apart but the tool is such a powerful vibrating machine that I would have expected the designers to create a tighter fit as the noise comes from the battery slide in interface. This is not a tool you willl be using for hours straight as you set tiles, maybe a few seconds per tile with minutes in between as your prep for hte next tile so I don't see that as being a major issue. Great value for the price and it doubles as a GREAT back massager as well. Id guess the suction cup of the vibrating head can lift over 150 lbs as I was able to useit on my desk and lift the whole desk loaded with all kinds of crap. Great tool!

Wish I had known about tile vibration tools before our last bathroom remodel, where we used 14" x 28" tiles. Leveling the tiles with a rubber mallet was slow even with leveling spacers (which I would also recommend for DIYers like myself). The controls used to operate the Saker tile vibration tool are intuitive. There is an on/off switch at the base, which prevents it from being activated when not in use. There are also two buttons near the head of the tool that are capacitance touch. One button selects the vibration level and the second activates vibration while your finger is in contact with it. The tool also includes a built-in centering level, which is helpful when tiling floors. The suction cup is really strong so long as it remains relatively clean, being slightly wet also helps. In order to engage the suction cup, I found it is best to place even pressure on both the handle and the front support grip. After pushing down, pull in the lever, which adds curvature to the cup creating a vacuum. Placing the tile while gripped with the cup was much easier than trying to hold corners. Once the lever is released the suction cup lets go of the tile cleanly. The tool has 5 vibration levels. There is an interface with lights that makes it easy to tell the current level. The first couple of levels should be sufficient for most jobs, the top vibration levels were intense (guessing only for very large tiles). Vibration along with the grip of the suction cup makes adjusting the tile during leveling much easier! The included case is great for storage and to protect the tool when not in use. The foam is rather soft, but it is pliable and seems to retain its shape well enough. This tool is priced low enough to make sense for DIY homeowners, yet it is still well built, highly recommend it!
