Missing piece. Did not come with the major important hook piece. I plan to return it if I can't find something to improvise. I give it one star because, well darn it, it was un-useable when I wanted to put it up right away. Now I will have to figure something out to work with if I wait too late to return. What a hassle.

This is tin. And not very strong tin. It was very difficult to install and we had to modify it to work. I will say once we finally got it installed, it is very pretty.

You get what you pay for here. Thin enough metal that it arrived in the shipping envelope bent out of shape. Luckily I am only using it to cover an unused ceiling receptacle, so I could bend it back to pretty good. If I was going to hang a light fixture I would get a heavier duty product.

I needed a replacement ceiling plate to hold a vintage light fixture. Its hard to tell that this isn't the original. Great size and very sturdy.
