Very nice kit with lots of parts for the money. I fix lamps as a hobby and this kit provides a very nice assortment of pieces. I was so impressed when I opened the package that I bought 2 more. Highly recommend.

worked fine for me. it had the pieces I needed. Now I have a boatload of spare parts in case I need it in the future. By the time I will need it again I will probably completely forget where I stashed it away, but that's a personal problem ;)

I purchased this kit to repair a lamp on my gate post. It worked fine for that job. The parts are steel so if this is for outdoor use they will last much longer if you coat the parts with a good quality silicone grease before reinstalling them in the light fixture.

The kit basically saved me having to replace a ceiling fixture where the piece that holds the cover in place was lost. It did the trick and looks good with the decorative cap/coupling that comes with this kit. I could have searched around sites to get the specific parts but it would have cost me at least half the price of this collection.Beyond that, as a woodworker, the remaining pieces will come in very handy for making lamps, possibly clocks, and other creative things. It's difficult and expensive to find single metal parts and this comes with all the hardware.

I make lamps out of repurposed materials. I always need bits and pieces of lamp parts. This kit gives a good variety of threaded tubes, finials, washers, nuts. Some things I will not use. Other things such as the tubes, I will use all of it. It’s nice to have all of these at my disposal.A couple of the plastic parts were misshapen with waves and notches and cannot be used.
