I would have given it a five but the two tone chime is more of a ding thunk, rather than a ding dong.Pretty much a direct replacement for the old unit, two screws to remove the old box and two screws to replace (In my case the old screw mounts were and exact match to the new unit. ), and the two button wires and one transformer wire all of which were marked on both units. I replaced the old button the the back door with one of the new lighted buttons and I have a Ring on the front door. Connected just fine and rings the chimes as well as alerts thru the App and Alexa Echos.

I needed to replace my chime for our doorbell as our doorbell stopped working recently. It was easy to remove the old one and replace it with this chime. I want to say this sounds more clearer and a little louder than our old one. Well worth it.

I got this replacement doorbell set and it works pretty good. It’s basic and easy to install. Nothing fancy but gets the job done

Works well, nice white color and LED lights up well outside. I also love that you can have two different rings. Once for one door and twice for the second. Now I know which door to go to when the doorbell rings.
