After looking around for a still to make some of our own farm fresh oils, we found this one and so glad we did. It not only came with a book but the video instructions were such a great help. We made our 1st batch of lavender oil and excited to do more and this still and it is easy to clean and everything fits together for perfect storage and I have to say it even has the tape for fittings.

I purchased this to get.my feet wet rather investing a lot more money not knowing if I'll continue to persue the hobby. The directions were in English, unlike others I heard about. My pot was usable with my induction stove so that was a plus. My only recommendation is to use some copper mesh in the pot to get rid of some of the impurities.I'm completely satisfied with the build quality and quality of the product I produced. I would hesitate to recommend this setup.

This is a cheap option for beginners. I use it to distilled water as a backup in case I can't get it at the store. That's a good start. I have upgraded several parts, not that you have to, it works well with the parts provided. I just want some different options that aren't offered. In a pinch, I can extract whatever I want, which is great because spirits are highly tradable.

Bought this as a gift for my husband and he loves it. He had no problem setting it up and using it. It is made of solid materials, no leaks and it performed just as expected. I would recommend this still if you want to get started in this hobby.

I bought this item before I did my homework and I end up buying a better much better Still from an American Made company
