This machine is a great value for the price. It shows you the colored fluorescent strip in each bill $5 and up and where they should be in the bill. No more counterfeit money taken here....

I am waiting for the seller to get back in touch with me, so this review is not about the seller. It is about the product. What a waste of money. We got this machine and from the get-go it was problematic. It does not work with all Canadian money. It only works with older bills and the polymer bills that are starting to circulate of as 2023. I tried US dollars and it worked almost flawlessly. However we are a Canadian company so that is not all that useful. After three weeks it will not even turn on. When the on button is pressed the LED light flashes for a moment and then nothing. It is my sincerest hope the seller does the right thing and refunds our money. I really had high hopes for this machine.

Bought this for use in a convenience store that needs to check IDs and large amounts of cash. Hesitant to trust it because the light is a little too bright in the store to work with the UV light which is too dim in the self-contained unit. While it is a good value for its money if you were in a bar or nightclub where it is dark, general use in the store or cash-check accounting room would not be as useful.It is easy to use, easy to set up, but unfortunately just a very cheap product

I bought this for my job and was so excited not to have to keep buying pens. It worked great while it worked but when it stopped working at the end of February, not 6 months after I got it, I thought I needed to replace bulb. Had a hard time figuring out where to get replacement but once I did I changed bulb and it still didn't work. Please don't waste your money on this product. I should have just stuck with pens after I read other people's reviews on this.

Got this to use in our business after we had an issue with counterfeit bills becoming an epidemic in our town.5 stars for ease of use because:- You just plug it in & download the software before the first use.- Very easy to use, out the bill in and the machine sucks it through and quietly spits it back out within one second!4 stars for accuracy because the computer is never wrong about which bills are counterfeit. However, it does read REAL bills as counterfeit if they are fed into the computer backwards or if a corner is folded. Which isn’t a huge deal but still doesn’t get 5 stars because that is a flaw in my opinion.5 stars for VALUE because this little computer has already saved us hundred of dollars in the first week. We were getting lots of counterfeits (the machine beeps and flashes a red light upon spitting out a counterfeit bill) and after many people had seen this machine, it scared them off lolEven recommended it to customers who are business owners themselves! This has been in our bakery for 6 months now, and I scan all my bills over $20 to ensure they are legit. It was very expensive, compared to other bill-checking alternatives, but it is able to receive updates, and works every time I insert a bill.
