Other than the cost for a Single O-Ring, very satisfied with the product, i.e., it resolved the leaking in our Gaggia Titanium Espresso Machine. Key points:- Price - way over priced. At most this product should not cost ~$6. It should be 1/4-1/2 the sold price.- Quality - good.- Fit - Perfect.- Delivery / Arrival - Delivered on schedule.Would I recommend - yes if you want an OEM product otherwise the buyer could find a compatible product for 1/4 of the cost. Good luck.

replacing a 5 year old Gaggia ring gasket, I thought it was a bit overpriced for a simple rubber gasket, but I guess that gouge-flation. It does work, and the espresso is better

My Odea is over 10 years old and still going (two cups a day). This is my second O ring and the only thing I have needed to do to keep it going.

Exact replacement of original Saeco rubber ring, no difference but chipper. I received it day early and was very pleased with this as I was able drink my favorite coffee again.

I have no way of knowing if the original part smelled like this. Kind of like a disinfectant or something? Washed it a few times which did not help a whole lot. Ran a shots of espresso through. Seems fine now.Perfect fit and worked well. My old seal was swollen.

Well, other than it's very expensive for an O ring, it is the perfect repair item for a Saeco Superautomatic and a heck of a lot cheaper than a repair shop. My Incanto Sirius has been going strong for 12+ years and while cleaning I noticed the washer was falling to pieces....probably not far from complete failure (no wonder it seemed to be leaking). Anyway, this was the easiest 30 second repair ever. Only issue was it came in a tiny plastic envelope tucked inside another Amazon order and it was so invisible I accidentally threw it away with the packing materials and had to reorder another one. Which made the end result twice as expensive. We'll call that user error or possibly an opportunity for Amazon to pack things a little better.....putting it in it's own envelope would have made it less likely to be overlooked. Regardless, ready to go with the Saeco, it has a new lease on life.
