Buy this now. I was on the fence about this because I already have a back brace which I was wearing low on my hips, but the extra pulls on this brace blows the other out of the water. It's also much more comfortable because it's not as wide and bulky. My SI joints go out of alignment all the time and this will help to keep my bones in place. I can't afford to go to the chiropractor, nor do I have the time. Also, when my joints go out of alignment it's extremely painful.

Il prodotto si presenta ben confezionato, non ci sono fili tirati o difetti sulle parti plastiche. Inoltre, il velcro sembra tenere bene le varie sollecitazioni. È anche bella da vedere, nonostante la indossi sotto la maglietta. Fatta questa doverosa premessa, ammetto di aver avuto dubbi sulla sua efficacia quindi, dopo averla usata tre giorni al lavoro (sono addetta vendite e sto più di 8 ore in piedi), ho provato a lavorare la mattina del 4°giorno senza fascia. Conclusione? Ho sentito accentuarsi la mia solita infiammazione al muscolo piriforme e sono corsa ai ripari indossandola nuovamente. Credo che mi accompagnerà spesso al lavoro!

Works good for my SI joint support. Almost didn’t buy because it said “for women” why just for women? Cause it’s purple? Docked a star for that and does have a tendency to slip down. Was happy to find one that was made for a full size gal, or guy!

Brought for my Mum who is suffering from spinal stenosis. Painful standing or sitting so was looking for something that sat lower and supported her lower back. She feels it helps her to sit and stand more upright, giving her security. Hard to say if it offers pain relief as her pain is constant, but it is helping her. Slim fit so it can be worn under clothes without detection. Easy to put on, and pull tightly. Strong velcro. Definitely recommend that you measure and add a few more cms. My Mum measured 36, but medium was too small and we ended up buying the large, which gives a nice amount of wrap. Her only criticism is that she would have liked the band to be a little wider. Measurements described are true to size.

Ordered this and a couple of other back support ones and this one fitted my wife perfectly. She is 5 feet and small in size and this fits nicely. She likes that it is around her hips, not high up on her stomach like some back braces/supports. She was recently diagnosed with a mile degenerative disc disease on her L4 and L5 and has been in pain before it was confirmed (via doc and xrays). This really helps support her lower back, she said. It also doesn't slide or move easily and stays put. The material is solid and well made (great quality). She is happy with the purchase and better yet, she feels better, very supported with it, and that's what matters: happy wife is a happy life :)

Large does not fit me. It barely meets the Velcro clasp in front, which defeats the whole purpose of wearing it because you won't be able to move around because it will not stay attached together if you do. There wasn't an option to buy an XL or XXL when I purchased. This is for a very thin or small person.

This is a wide SI belt with stays that provide good support. Adjusts for extra tightness. Unfortunately, it rides up, because the silicone (or whatever it is) that is supposed to grip it in place, is inadequate. It would also not be comfortable to sleep with. [SI belts without stiff stays can generally be worn to bed.]
