The velcro sticks to everything the first week, and sticks to nothing after two weeks. The design is flawed in that the velcro has to take more load than it can handle.

Arrived quickly, seemed to be well made, but it was missing the groin straps that keep the pressure on the hernia site. No information for contacting the company with questions /customer service was included, so I just returned it, and the replacement arrived next day, well before the estimated delivery date. That one had all the parts, but trying it on revealed it to be too large, even though I had measured myself per their sizing instructions; it gave very little compression or support as it was. I’d recommend getting a size smaller than what their chart shows. I exchanged that one for the next size down, which again arrived next day, no hassles (I was feeling bad for hassling them by now). Fits much better. I have a unilateral truss that I was already using for the worst side of my bilateral hernia. This one is lower profile and more comfortable to wear, but does not provide as much compression as the unilateral one (maybe two sizes smaller would have gotten me there). So depending on what I will be doing that day I swap between the two, and things work out.

Aunque al principio la almohadilla estaba muy dura y se sentía incómoda, al cabo de unos días la sentí menos dura y bastante cómoda, pero empezó a perder agarre el Velcro y terminó por ser inservible, con un mejor agarre habría estado magnífica.

When I ordered this, I was very skeptical that it could be effective. But it really is. I seriously doubt any claim that wearing this over time gives your body an opportunity to heal itself, but to relieve, or really, eliminate pain while awaiting surgery, this did the job perfectly.

Used for support for a Bilateral Inguinal Hernia. Seems to work OK, though somewhat uncomfortable in the crotch. I would prefer a thinner pad or maybe an assortment of pads with differing thickness. Ok for what it does, but not very adaptable.Update: The vendor is a good one, but I refused the refund offer. There are no comfortable hernia belts.

Once you get used to this product (3-4 uses?), it's pretty much a non-event to put it on and wear it (as long as my hernia is reduced before I put it on). My learning curve had to do with catchy velcro and where to place the two removable straps for comfort and best adherence. Once or twice a strap has come undone while I'm wearing the truss, but so far I blame that on me rather than the equipment. I wear it 3-6 hours a day without any discomfort or irritation.

Je l'utilise sans le coussinet que je trouve trop dur. Parfois, je vais insérer une éponge pour plus de confort mais souvent je met rien. L'élasticité de la ceinture suffit pour moi. Les bandelettes sont très utiles pour diminuer l'inconfort. Quand tout est ajusté, je retire la ceinture d'un coup en évitant de modifier les bandelettes. J'ai utilisé la taille moyenne au début mais j'ai commandé ensuite une taille grande que je trouve plus efficace. Je garde les deux tailles au cas. J'utilise la ceinture de plus en plus, surtout quand je suis en position debout. En espérant que cela m'aide jusqu'à l'opération.

Wore this everyday for 6 months before surgery. Support belts aren't typically comfortable but this one is pretty decent. Wore it for 12-16 hours a day in a high output culinary setting with a lot of heavy lifting and movement. Kept everything in place and bearable.

Very comfortable and work's.Able to move and lift with no discomfort.Once adjusted you can remove and bring up like underwear with no problem.

I tried two of these belts this one was the winner hands down. If you have a hernia get this or something like it asap. It will help with the pain more than you can imagine. My hernia was getting to the point I couldn't stand up for more than an hour (my surgery is in a few weeks) and this allowed me to stand up for 6 hours, 3 of them at a concert and even some dancing and jumping with no pain.It also allows me to work out again (albeit not crazy heavy weights) without pain. it also helps hold the hernia in place when you cough or sneeze.The other belt I tried was a single pad but the pad was too big. One thing I love about this one too is no one even knows you are wearing it! Also, the tip on boxer briefs is a good one. Get some of those too. Regular boxers bunch up like crazy with these belts. I'm ordering a second so I can wash the one I bought.
