This belt fits perfectly and is comfortable to wear. It is highly adjustable and I feel like it's doing the job I need. I have a small hernia and until I can get it resolved, I feel better wearing a product like this. It seems well made and good quality. The seams on this started to pull up apart after first use. I have a size 40 waist so I purchased an XL which was too big. I would order one size smaller.

I purchased this wrap in order to keep my posture supported after some chiropractic recovery, and I'm glad I chose this one because it is absolutely perfect. The double strap system makes the binder super secure and it has great adjustability. The inner rods for lower back support are excellent and this is the only product I could find that has this feature!The quality is so good I feel like it could have come from a hospital. So happy with this product, highly highly recommended!

I e purchased about 3 other belts for my hernias. Having size options helps immensely. Plus once fitted, has an extra layer of support that wraps from the rear to tighten around your girth for added protection.By far THE best girth belt I’ve found. I’m not fat, just injured. None of my other belts come even close to this level of protectio, and with a better price. easily adjustable with unmatched comfort. The easiest and best product I’ve found to date.

I got hernia repair surgery 2 years ago and depending on what I eat or drink i have flare ups where I get super bloated. I was recommended by my doctor to buy a belt for around my waist so I seen this one and bought it. This was they best buy and most relief I've ever felt sense my surgery. It's easy to use and the quality is good too. You also have the option to remove the splints that supports your back and also put them back in as well which I also enjoy. I Highly recommend if you've had surgery, need back support and pain relief, also it holds everything together as well. But I kind of wish I got a large instead of an xl.

I have an small hernia problem, so I order myself this this PARPERNA Abdominal Hernia Support Belt Belly wrap, it fits very nice, and is wider then the one I had earlier, it seam good quality material, and supports my Belly very nice.

You can’t just order by the size listed since this product is smaller than anticipated because it’s designed to stretch to fit very snugly for maximum support which leaves no room for adjustment. We recommend ordering the larger size unless you are very small/thin. We didn’t use the rigid plastic inserts so can’t comment on that feature, although they look very sturdy. The Velcro is very strong which does make it noisy to adjust. We didn’t find it that easy to adjust, but that’s because the Velcro is so sturdy and very supportive. We recommend laying down to apply it so all of your “muscles, organs and bulges” are relaxed and in their proper position. It does seem to keep the “hernia bulge” in place. We have to return it since it’s too tight to adjust for comfort, although we do recommend if you order the right size.

I bought it for when I have to stand for a long time. It's a bit longer than I hoped (and I have a long torso) it still reaches above my ribs. It's fine when standing but pretty uncomfortable when sitting down. Also it really restricts movements a lot since it's sort of rigid and has like two vertical metal things in the back. I know it's not meant for POTS patients (nothing is) it's probably good for the use it's meant for :).

I am 160 lbs and ordered a small. It woks perfectly. Comfortable to wear. Really does the job. Highly recommend.
