Wasn't sure if this belt would be of any real help. But, surprisingly using it does seem to help. Purchased it to use primarily to go to the gym. Tried it on when it arrived to get accustomed and have found it to be effective in relieving the mild pain I had. So, I will tend to use it outside of the gym, since it has proven to be comfortable and easy to put on. You just have to make initial adjustments to fit your needs. I thought the pad provided would be to obtrusive, because of it's size. But, if it was any smaller it probably would not be very effective. Doesn't seem to be obviously noticeable, but loose clothing certainly would help. Also, looks to be well made, so it should last . Again, pleasantly surprised!

I wore this hernia belt for 6 months till I could get in for surgery. It was comfortable, fit well and held up to all my everyday activities including golf every week. It has a little pocket to hold a pad and I made an extra one that was a little thinner for days when I didn't want the bulge. Great support for abdominal bulge. Very happy with purchase.

Very disappointed in this product. The large size is much too big. Yes it does have an L size tag. For the record, I have purchased another large size brand of Hernia Belt that fits perfectly, not to mention better designed.This would likely fit someone with a size 42-48" waist. I take a large size. I had to go to the end of the velcro to try to get the belt snug enough. There was a lot of extra belt left over. I felt like cutting off the unused part of the belt with scissors, so it wouldn't just hang down. However this still wouldn't help to get the belt snug enough to provide adequate support.I will not use this belt but am not going to return it. I don't think that this type of product should be returned due to hygienic reasons.What a waste of money!

Stays in place and does what it’s supposed to, but the little plastic piece that you thread the leg strap through is very hard plastic and eventually starts to dig into you. Bad placement or maybe just use a different softer material

I'd read many reviews of other products where the velcro didn't hold up and opted to pay a little more for this one and found it to be very durable and supportive. I only needed to use the product for a couple weeks as I was able to have surgery rather quickly so I don't know about long-term use, but for the time I used it, it worked great. Being able to either put the support cushion inside the pouch or on the outside provided additional flexibility for use. I was able to wear this on the outside of my clothing and my untucked shirt covered it well (I did NOT use the strap that goes around your groin). The belt stayed in place and the velcro held up really well. Added bonus of having it on the outside of my clothing made using the bathroom much easier. Definitely would recommend.

I was going to give it 4 stars because of the horrible colour and I want it in a black colour, but people with a hernia need this product as it works well.I was using a thick leather belt and a sock. This work better and stays in place. It actually works better than designed as you can stick the velcro to almost any part of the item and it sticks well.There is a strap to put between your legs to hold it in place so it doesn't ride up, and again, with the velcro sticking to anything, you can place and tighten this any way you need. And, you don't need to use this strap when just walking around the house or sitting, which makes it more comfortable.It really has given me a better quality of life as I can move around more and bend down fairly well (the belt can be tight and inhibit movement).

Nach Leistenbruch erst mit einer Socke versucht zu stützen, aber mit dem Gürtel funktioniert das viel besser bis zur OP, kaum noch was zu spüren im Alltag

Works quite well, about the best as I would expect it could. I don't care much for the "pad" that it comes with. It is a little too thick and hard for my liking. I simply took a small wash cloth and folded it up instead. That is providing just about perfect support. I am able to continue to bowl in leagues and play golf until I can get surgery to fix my hernia. I am considering playing around with some other materials to replace their "pad" to get just the right amount of pressure. My wash cloth is slightly less pressure than I would like, and the pad they include is just too hard. I need the Goldilocks pad .. something "just right". Otherwise, this belt has been working just about as good as anything could.

The belt provides good pressure to reduce pain and discomfort from my hernia. It was easy to put on and adjust. The adjustable compression pad does restrict some movement when bending over so you have to adjust your movements with it in place. It works well as intended and eases the pain and discomfort.

This is the most comfortable hernia support I have ever warn... It uses top quality material and works 90%.. However using it for several months I noticed a few short cummings... The ball that cushions the hernia is a little too hard, causes pain after a long wear... Plus the connection between the botton hold down strap & belt was poorly designed, it immediately twists and cuts into the rubber straps, eventuall it will cut all the way through... The last thing that needs to be changed is where the belt connects... Both velcro connections need to be in the front of the belt so it can be tightened properly... Most of us need to lie on our backs to tighten the belt, connecting in the back is difficult for me... Overall it is still the best hernia belt I have ever warn... Added note, these belts are not meant to be warn all day long, one or two hours is as long as it should be warn, causes nerve pain when warn too long...

Använt en produkt tidigare som jag fick på sjukhus, men denna är mycket bättre eftersom den inte sticker ut allt för mycket. Använder den på gymmet främst när jag lyfter tungt.
