The plastics are very brittle on the handles. The trigger breaks if you squeeze too hard(not an unreasonable amount either)

This grabber is poorly designed. I use it pick up sticks and twigs from my yard. The suction cup grabber works from an aluminum strip that is set in the upper trigger. Squeeze the trigger closes the grip. The trigger is made of thin plastic and the aluminum strip is set in a slit in the trigger. It doesn’t take much pressure and the plastic breaks at the slit in the trigger. Cheap construction and poorly designed. Buyer beware.

We use these on a farm to pick things up from the other side of the fence and they work great. Pretty durable.

We used them to pick up small sticks in our yard. Already gone through all ten of them. They all broke. We are older adults and they were taken care of and only used them occasionally. I need more but will pass on these. They are worthless. The spring handle broke on all of them.

So I am getting older, not rocking chair bout, just lazy I think. I use these grabbers to pickup things to save me the bend and stretching my muscles all the time. When you get older, sometimes you get muscle pull during the simplest movement. Anyway, these grabbers are smooth and easy to operate, I got black, so they are not intrusive. I hag one on the door, so i is always there. Great for picking up debris, socks, shoes, and cat toys. I can even throw a cat toy in one movement, and the cats even like it. One of my cats enjoys a ub with the rubber ends. Weird cat! I had one grabber like these that had a bend to fold it up, but I prefer these that stay straight and solid. The rubber ends are strong, and can grip the tiniest things. I bought a lot of them together, and so I have spares, and gave one to each of my moms. I have a few to spare. I say get these, for the price of 1-2 units.. I was able to get 10 of them! Awesome deal, high quality. I am very happy with these grabbers!

Product does what it is intended to do. One plastic piece out of all was broke.
