The rollers are a tad bit bigger than what I usually get. I have to put rollers in just right to place the roller door back on or it won’t close. Also makes a loud whistling sound when emptying dust bin. I LOVED the thick mop pads but there’s an issue with those too. They are nice and thick but don’t want to stick to the Velcro pads very well. It gets wadded up and jams my maintenance brush. I hated that because after hand washing they dried quickly and I loved how thick the material was. I had to unfortunately go back to my older pads. The quality seems excellent but just a little off for my machine for some reason.

There are some very minor differences between these replacement parts and the originals, but everything fit perfectly and functioned the same as the original parts. Unlike some other replacement sets I've got, the rollers in this set are EXACTLY like the originals, most of them are missing the metal pin in the center, but these have it.The mop cleaning roller is slightly different, it looks like the bristles are in a slightly different pattern.The Hepa filters look exactly the same to me except they don't have the "Roborock" text in the center.Also the tri-brushes look exactly the same as the original and I could not see anything different at all.The vacuum bags had the exact same plastic connector, but the replacements were just lacking the "Roborock" text, and have a triangle instead, the bags themselves were a little different, you can see the stitching is a different style, but I have had no problems, the dirt stays inside the same as the originals.The Mops in this set are the closest to the originals I have seen as well, they have nearly identical stitching and seem to be the same thickness as the originals.I did not notice any difference in performance at all with any of the components, and I'm very happy with this replacement set.It does come with a tool to help clean out the machine and the dock, and I found that helpful. I had been running my S8 Pro Ultra in Vac & Mop mode, where it vacuums ahead of the mop, but I figured out that this isn't a great idea, because when it overlaps, a lot of the dirt it's vacuuming up is damp and it sticks to everything, so now I'm doing vacuum first, then Mop, so the vacuum doesn't vacuum up damp dirt.It also comes with a really nice little Phillips screwdriver to change the tri-brush, which worked perfectly!I'm very happy with how everything fit and how well it performed in my S8 Pro Ultra, I haven't had any issues with these replacements at all, and it's a great cost effective option.
