I am absolutely grateful I chose this over others because I had no experience with embroidery. This brand has an enormous community and customer service is swift. I was terrified before buying and now I know I made the correct investment.

Well I’ve had this machine exactly one week, I’m trying to get acquainted with it, it’s larger than my Brother PE800 so I’m a little intimidated but there is a SmartStitch club on Facebook that I’ll be joining because I’ll need lots of help, also You Tube have a wonderful list of helpful videos, the machine is beautiful, very heavy, most of all the price was right for me to be able to afford a 15 needle commercial machine, Satisfied Customer

I absolutely love my Smartstitch S-1501!! Their customer support is awesome! Quick to reply. Very knowledgeable. They will help you until the issue has been resolved! I can’t say enough how happy I am with this purchase. Also I love the way they train. They use YouTube videos instead of a book.

I bought this machine despite the fact that I had never embroidered or even had a sewing machine. It is super user friendly and the personal customer service made the set-up easy. I had a personal trainer from Smartstitch that walked me through the functionality: I set it up after Christmas and I was doing projects in January. Still more to learn but overall I LOVE IT.

I have been using single needle machines for years. I have always wanted a multi-needle and came across the SmartStitch. I researched this machine and compared it to others of like style to determine the one I wanted. The reported customer service and some of the features helped me make the decision to get the SmartStitch. I have now been using the machine for a few months and absolutely love it. While there can be some issues, I have found in every case it is user error and not machine. If you do have any issues, user or machine, the customer service is always there to help at every step. The only issue I had in the whole purchasing process was a delay in delivery. That issue was with the delivery service Amazon used and not with the SmartStitch company. However; in the end, it was delivered safely and placed right inside our garage.

First of all, buy it it’s worth every penny and the customer services is the most amazing I’ve ever received.1. Have a little patience , they will teach you everything, it’s easy , it might look complicated but I promise you is easier then it looks.2. Tension is extremely important.3. Follow with detail how to do the thread, when you get the machine the thread is in place for the most part and it might look good but I promise you it’s not , it’s very important you follow the path of the thread with detail as they show in their videos or else your tension will be off.4. Don’t stress if you can’t get the machine to work right away, I promise you it’s not broken and nothing is wrong with it , you just gotta learn, they’ve made sure it works and they send you a hat and other stuff that they did with your machine.5. Triple check your thread and bobbin. I can’t stress it enough.6. This machine is truly amazing , once they give you training and your machine is running it works amazing, I’m very happy and I’d recommend it a thousand times.7. Customer services is AMAZING. I had some issues which they were all MY fault, tension was off, threading was wrong , and they had Kim give me a training, this lady was on a videocall with me for 4 hours guiding me step by step until she made sure my machine was running properly, she was friendly, patience and had all the answers for my questions.I’ve never received a customer service like this before , it was truly amazing and I am very happy with my machine.

I pondered, considered, researched many machines for several months and then when I found my answer - I ordered the SS s1501 embroidery machine. And, I am very satisfied with my purchase! While I've only had it a month, it has done exactly what I needed. It is a bit overwhelming at the beginning, but once you connect with SS customer service - you can breath! Flora gets you set up with your team to get started. Customer Service - beyond expectations! I've not witnessed this type of excellent service in several years. The staff at SS are so patient, kind, and responsive. The initial training was excellent. My trainer (Rich) was so understanding and has been so encouraging. There is a time difference that is the only SLIGHT hinderance, but I'll gladly deal with that to get the kind of help I need. The FB group - amazing. You can get all kinds of support and help from that group, as well. They are quick to provide suggestions or 'how to' most any time of the day (or night). It's inspired me to do larger, more advanced embroidery. I've been a Janome user for over 12 years - I still have 2 of them - but this SS machine is a workhorse. I re-arranged my craft room and it's the star of the show. These pics show my very first stitching - green fabric stitching was done while on video with Rich to get tension adjusted; the heart is an applique. So, again, I am very satisfied with my SS machine and the excellent customer service. I highly recommend SmartStitch!
