Very handy , and works as expected. Need to turn the original anvil over to access the bit holder . I have also used it as a right angle drill to drive screws

Works great as expected from Ryobi, which most of my tools are from. My only complaint is with the seller as I'm missing the smaller piece that goes with the tool for the different bits such as the Phillips and flat head portion. Aside from that I receive this for Christmas and have used it numerous times already!!. Built quality is great! The weight is perfect and the torque is what I needed!.

I like the fact the ratchet can use three different sizes of sockets and the functionality is well worth it. The power is very good and plenty of torque.

So I ordered this tool and it arrived quickly. I opened the box and the tool was in a plain brown box. I had no way of knowing that it was a new tool from Ryobi or what condition it was actually in. The manual and attachments were there and it operated properly. I called Amazon customer service explained that I purchased a new tool not a refurb, they agreed to send another one which came in a couple of days. Well, it came in the same plain box like the original tool came in. So I don’t know if Ryobi ships tool like this or what? It does work and all the attachments were included. I am going to contact Ryobi to see what the packaging is they send their tools out in. More to come.
