I can’t believe the power and quietness of this fan. It was very easy to install. It is twice as strong as the original fan we replaced and it fit perfectly.

I bought this to help exhaust heat during cooking and as a fan during the cooler days. Once I realized all that needed to be done to replace the existing vent, I thought about returning it because it was out of my ability. Should have stopped there, I hired someone to put it in and was excited. We opened it and turned it on, it is nice and quiet, then closed it. Today, one day after installation, I go out and open it to get airflow through while packing to leave. I turned off the fan to close and leave, turn the knobs and halfway down the knobs strips and now I can't close the vent. Now I have a vent in my camper that is useless to me and out the money of the vent and installation. I was better off with what I had before.Update, I tried to contact the company with no success. I am now out $400 for installation and then to remove it.

I really like the 6-speeds and the reversible motor. Install was simple. The large fan blade means more air at less RPMs, and sure as heck-fire moves more air and does so quieter. Build is just a tad flimsy, but then this is the more affordable choice. It has been installed and running for about 6 months without issue.

The motor on our older top of the line fan failed and this one looked good for less than half the price of an exact replacement. Since all the fans and holes in the roof are the same...it was easy to decide to give this one a try. Installation took about 1.5 hours with a good portion of that removing the old one and cleaning up prep before putting the new one in. We've used it a couple of weeks now and actually like it better than the premium brand. It moves air just as well and the 6 speeds and reverse air flow are great additional features. Opening the lid is manual and not tied into the on & off switch which we like also. This one does a great job on high clearing the air...and the lower speeds can pull in a gentle flow in the bedroom to reduce the need for the A/C at night. Good product at a good price!

This fan is a good value upgrade from the original in my Winnebago Navion. This baby can move a ton of air out of your rig when needed. It installed easily and fit perfectly into the 14 x 14 opening for the old fan. It has a touch control which is modestly disappointing. A remote control would make the fan easier to operate, though it is no big deal to hit the button necessary to work the fan unless you have small family members in which case a remote controlled fan may better serve your needs.. The most popular fan is a lot more $. I don’t let the money control my purchases, but it is nice to find a value buy that works just as you would hope it would.

This fan is perfect. It pulls a lot of air, and there is no remote to lose. It is reversible, has 6 speeds, and is quite.Very happy with my choice here.

Was easy to install. Solid unit, good construction. Instructions lacking in detail but you-tube can help you. I used brake clean to clean the old roof. It dissolves the old roof lapping caulking.

Edit: I don’t think I can full share in words how total disappointed I am with this product!!! The time and effort put to removing the cheap factory unit, the needed extras in leveling and base sealers. The up and down countless times on a ladder. Then to have the item fail after just 12 days. Purchased in March. Installed in early July before a 14 day camping trip. I was very please on the products appearance, the variety of speeds, as well reversible feature. The fan ran very quiet which was very much to out liking. But On day 12 of use, I switched from speed level 3 up to 6 just before starting a shower and the unit stopped working. I’ve done troubleshooting on the small fuse, the main fuse, checked the wire connections. I even verified that there was still power going to the unit at its connection to the power line I connected to. Regrettably waiting so long to install and then use the unit has me pass an option on returning on replacing. I’m not about to drop another $200.00. For the product. I’m also not looking forward to one day taking the time and effort of full removal of the leveller and sealer to do a replacement.

I installed this fan over our RV bed, something that is very important in warm weather without air conditioners running while "boondocking". We call these fans a "Poor mans A/C". They work well when you get caught in the heat without a place to plug into.In our previous Rv I had a Fantastic 3 speed fan, so I have a couple of comparisons.First off and important to us is the 6 speeds allows a slower RPM, and a much quieter air flow than the Fantastic. The lack of noise was huge, while still producing a strong air flow, on #2. #1, the slowest, was maybe too slow and subtle.#6, the fastest, was really blowing the air, this will work out fine for us. During the day, the fan pulls out warm air, while at night, allows cool air to be blown in.Second was the price was very attractive, less then half of a Fantastic fan price. I saw no difference in quality.Shipping was fast and prompt.Installation was a straight forward Rv vent hatch replacement. You'll need to figure out where to run a power lead from. When I removed the inside skirt, I could see via the roof trusses a path to an unswitched light 12 inches away. I would figure this our before buying. You'll need some butyl tape and Dicor self leveling caulking. A power drill for the screws is needed too.
