The Esakoya replacement trailer entrance door lock. Was a pain to install because the screws were too short to catch a thread. I had to put a block of wood between the trailer and the door Lock and push with all my might to get a bite on the threads. It tightened up fine after I finally got the thread to catch I did screw a little at a time till I had a decent bite. All in all

I was initially excited about getting a new set of door latches for my trailer, but I'm not sure I'll do the upgrade with this particular set. My original set is all metal. It's a little scuffed up from repeated use, but still functional. The upgrade is meant to be more about aesthetics. However, the only parts on this set which are metal is the handle itself and the bolt/latch. The rest is plastic. My trailer stays outside in the elements year-round. The southwest sun can be brutal so to read that the latch is weather and UV "resistant" means it's going to break down over time. Not something I would want for security or appearance sake. Really disappointed.
