Edges are NOT rounded as described! Scratched my bunk frame and tore sheets. Cheap metal finish. Not worth the $60. Avoid this safety hazard.

This thing creaks like haunted house stairs! Wakes everyone up during night bathroom trips. Greased joints but still noisy. Never buying "heavy duty" again.

Bought this for RV trips. The hooks slip constantly even after tightening. Almost fell when ladder shifted mid-climb. "Stability" claim is false advertising. Return requested.

I needed a replacement ladder for my son's bunkbed, which previously had built-in stairs. This ladder worked perfectly as a great solution. 55” was the height of the bottom side board on the top bunk. We put the ladder hooks on the top of the ladder only and it is stable enough for adults to climb up and down.
