Quite possibly a Friday filter (lower QA standards) but for some reason it leaked, bad. Inspection before and after looked ok. I put fresh oil on the gasket before I apply/install any oil filter since I was doing my own oil changes back in the day. This particular oil filter leaked really, really bad. Now, I KNOW it was installed correctly, and the gasket LOOKED and felt ok, but it clearly was not. I took it off, inspected it again, reinstalled, and still leaked. The mounting surface was clean of course, but the spare oil filter I had worked as new. All other components in this kit worked well. Would still buy again, just perhaps a fluke with this one oil filter.

This kit was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to do my spring tune up with everything I needed for my Toro delivered to my door and it was cheaper then if I had purchased separately. I always try to support my local stores as they have the items on the shelf and it supports our local economy but due to traffic and convenience this worked very well.
