The tips themselves seem nice and it comes with one reusable bag and the rest are throwaway. The throwable bags are complete garbage and I couldn’t even pipe one cupcake before the bag started leaking from 5 different spots. I also have no idea what the one three part coupler is for. Directions were very vague.

My daughter is a cake maker by hobby, and makes a lot of cakes. I got these for her to try for improving her decorating talents, and she has been loving them. Easy to use, looks great, and easy to clean up. Very good set.

I have been wishing I could learn to decorate cakes and cupcakes forever. So I finally got this set. Knowing that it is very complete, with the highly popular Russian piping tips, I decided this is the best option for really learning. I have learned that you must have a great buttercream for piping, not a light airy frosting. And the size of the tips required some getting used to, but the tools in this very economical set are what I'd recommend this is a great buy to begin to learn. I will update this with puctures of my creations when I improve.

These definitely have a learning curve to them and I find that I have to alter my standard buttercream icing recipe to make it so that it’s just the right consistency to use. If you use an icing that is too soft. It’s just gonna kind of squidge out everywhere and not be you know the right shape. I think it’s great value for the money and the tips are high-quality. The bags are too. I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily easy to use right upfront but once you get used to it and you find the right buttercream icing recipe it’s gonna work beautifully. these are also easy to clean. I just popped them into a little fabric bag into my dishwasher and just clean them off so it’s actually pretty easy to keep them clean and I actually really enjoy using them. I also like the variety of the different tips. The tips are very durable so like I said once you get used to using them, they’re fantastic but it does take a little bit of experimentation to get it right. Sorry, but the kids ate all the cupcakes before I could take pictures
