When I took it out of the box I realized how light and soft it is, yet seemed pretty durable. Front pockets fit iPhone and snacks. Back pockets accommodates a light jacket, maybe a little more. Four stars because the bladder continues to have a plastic taste after 4-5 rinses. But for the price I’d highly recommend.

This is a nice hydration option at a good price. I haven’t used on a hike yet but have tested around the house and seems will work emas expected. Pretty comfortable and easy to adjust. The bladder pocket is easy access and has an extra pocket for storage. I like the grey color and overall look. Only thing would say is the chest straps seem too close together and may be a struggle to use if have a large chest. Overall, looking forward to using this more in the future.

The Semsty Running Hydration Vest 5L is a fantastic choice for both marathon training and hiking. It’s lightweight, doesn’t leak, and the black color looks sleek and stylish. The adjustable straps ensure a snug and comfortable fit, making it easy to wear during long runs or hikes.Cleaning is simple. I want to share a tip of how I wash mine: just soak it in soapy water and let it air dry. I love how it keeps my hands free while staying hydrated. It can contain as much as 5L of water, but I never fill up that much because of thinking about the water getting heavier over time I run. Overall, it’s a reliable, practical, and well-designed hydration vest.

This hits all the right features. It can take two 500ml water bottles in front, and has tie-downs for them to secure. It has a bladder pocket and comes with small bladder, but also has a main pocket for storing emergency stuff and layers. It has an outer stuff pocket/cord for putting your shell. There are also snack/gel pockets in front separate from the water bottle pockets. So, that's everything you need to carry.Next is the "cinching" system, critical if you don't want your water bouncing as you run and causing terrible chafing. This uses two sets of nylon webbing to cinch in front. They are adjustable. This is good, but is standard on these things. What is not standard is nylon webbing used on the sides. I often see elastic cord for this, and the nylon webbing is much stronger and much more able to cinch down and hold the water up against your body. Big win here.So, you can get 1.5L of water in here pressed close to your body and ready for long stints of actual running. At this price, what are you waiting for? It's the best backcountry trail running pack I've owned.
