This is such a great light weight backpack. It definitely adjustable and has some stretch to it.Very comfortable and it sits comfortably on my back.The pockets In the from can hold my phone some snacks.Material good quality definitely last for some time. I chose the grey color and it great true to color.It also has a whistle in the front clip.The water pack is a little hard to open, but once you open it, it’s easy after that easy to use super straightforward.

I love this for my long runs. It holds my water, gels, keys, and phone easily while not bouncing too much. Easy to adjust, very light and comfortable.

Super running vest! Lightweight and breathable but can fit quite a bit inside. Comes with a water bag also however I keep my water bottle in the back and run with it . Plenty of room in the front for phone keys headphones etc. great lightweight running / sports bag. Have used on long and short runs.

I recently bought this running hydration vest for my half marathon, but here’s the twist—I didn’t get it to carry water. Marathons usually have water stations, so my main concern was figuring out how to carry my phone and a few essentials. I debated between getting a Walkman or a portable music player because I love listening to music or podcasts while running, but I decided to give this vest a try instead, and I’m so glad I did.It was not only cheaper but also way more practical. The vest is super comfortable, and I could fit my phone (which is pretty big) and some other small items in the front pockets. (Adding a picture of the front pocket and my hands next to it for size reference; the zipper in the vest is also good quality ). My phone stayed secure and didn’t bounce around—honestly, I barely noticed it was there, which was a huge win. Running with the vest packed or with water does cause a bit of movement when you are running, but nothing too annoying, and it’s definitely better than using a fanny pack or waist belt.Another bonus? It looks pretty cool and doesn’t feel like an extra thing to worry about when you’re focused on your run. For anyone looking for a convenient and affordable way to carry stuff while running, I highly recommend it.

I am an arborist and I use this hydration pack when climbing on large removals. It is slim enough that it doesn’t get hung on branches. Holds enough water to get me to my next break. So far no issues with the quality of the bladder or zipper quality. I work in the Tennessee heat and humidity and this pack is always comfortable. Breathes well and doesn’t heat me up. This would be a great option for hikers, arborists, runners or whoever needs a slim and lightweight hydration pack.

This hydration vest has been an excellent companion for my trail runs and hikes. It’s incredibly lightweight and fits snugly without feeling restrictive, which is a must for any long-distance activity. The adjustable straps make it easy to customize the fit, so it doesn’t bounce around while running.The included 1.5L water bladder is well-designed and keeps water cool for hours, even during hotter days. (on really hot days I even added ice and it helped to cool me down) The bite valve works smoothly without any leaks, and the wide opening makes it easy to fill and clean. There’s also enough space in the vest to stash essentials like snacks, keys, and gels, which I found really convenient for day hikes.What I really appreciate is how breathable the material is. Even during intense runs, the vest doesn’t feel sweaty or uncomfortable, and the weight distribution is so balanced that you barely notice you’re wearing it. It does get gross as you sweat on it but it's easy to clean.Whether you’re training for a marathon, going on a long hike, or just need a reliable way to stay hydrated during outdoor adventures, this pack is a great choice. It’s lightweight (I haven’t used the water pack yet but it should be good since it’ll be evenly distributed on your back), the pockets in the front are durable and holds my AirPods, 2 iPhones, keys and pepper spray. It adjusts well over my larger chest area. The only thing I took the star off for is that the clasps are tiny and feel cheaply made and honestly I wish there were different size lengths since my chest is on the larger side.

The backpack fits well and is light. One more small zipper component would be great, but nbd. I used the hydration bladder maybe 6-8 times and had no issues. Then it became unreliable. The valve in the mouthpiece stopped letting water flow out. This isn't something you want to deal with on a long run, or a race.
