I am ordering my second one! The first one I had lasted 3-4 years and now there are a couple of rope strands that are falling apart. It works well, easy to ring out and ropes get into the crevices and grout.

Have been buying these for years. Cleans better and lasts longer than most.

It's much smaller and more pathetic than expected. It cleans my floor for now. I've only used it three times and the scrub part in center has fallen off. Wretched economy, inflation and overpriced junk. This mop will break soon without doubt. I'm so gd tired of global greed! Amazon and Google tell you what to buy and think, umbrella companies absorbed everything during fake covid bs. Wake up people!

Está muy bueno, solo que no exprime al cien, pero aún así no deja rallado el piso por la humedad, vale mucho la pena.

This is a high-quality twist mop! It easily locks the twisted mop in place when wringing it out, or storing it. There is a small scrub pad on the very bottom to help remove dried-on debris. The great thing about this mop is its compact size which allows you to rinse the mop in a kitchen sink without splashing all over the place. You can wring it "dry" and use it to damp mop the floor, or you can pull the mop out all wet and drench the floor! The mop fibers are very absorbent, and can be pushed into cracks and crevices with ease. You do have to get used to handling the mop so that the strings 'fall' into place before attempting to wring out the mop. Otherwise, the strings can get out of alignment, and make wringing the mop difficult. Minor thing to learn.

Great mop. It wrings very well. However, I don’t understand why they put that plastic latch on it to release the mop after it’s wrung out. I expect it to break at some point. It’s marketed as a commercial mop but that flaw makes it not as heavy duty as I’d like. That’s definitely a design flaw.

Yes, the zip tie broke on the old one I had, it lasted 10 years before breaking. Yes, I could've just replaced the zip tie, but decided to buy another. I also purchased more mop heads for the old handle, will use those in garage and for messier jobs. I like that it doesn't have a bucket with it. I fill and use it in the kitchen sink, as I like to replace use really clean water when I'm mopping. This mop is like the professional ones, but you can keep it a lot cleaner. You will like this mop if you think that washing the floor by hand with a cotton rag cloth is the best way to actually clean a floor, but don't actually want to do it that way.You will not like this mop if you like microfiber. You will not like this mop if you've ever believed a commercial for a magical cleaning solution. You will not like this mop if you have arthritis or something else that hinders ratcheting the mop so as to wring the water out fully. You will not like this mop if you've ever used the O-Cedar Microfiber Twist mop or the Libman Wonder mop and liked it. The Libman Wonder mop is the WORST mop I've ever used - hands Down! This mop is not suited for hardwood floors, or floors that are really super flat and shiny. I've used a mop like this one for hardwoods with a terry cloth rag covering. https://www.amazon.com/Cedar-Hardwood-Microfiber-Telescoping-Handle/dp/B06XWJV9PN/ref=sr_1_1_sspa Just like with this Rubbermaid mop I would wash out the piece that's cleaning the floor quite often. One thing about the Rubbermaid Ratchet Mop that can be slightly annoying is that if it doesn't go through the right loop when you go to wring it you'll have to stop and readjust, but I'm not giving it less stars because of this since I don't think it could be made any other way and have it still work as well.

The concept of this mop is great, which is why I bought it, but the execution is terrible. First, the top end of the mop head was way too loose. I tried the wringing motion when I first received it and the mop head kept popping out of the plastic piece that was supposed to hold it in place. The existing cinch around the top is simply too loose to withstand any significant torque. No matter, I threaded some zip ties around to create a tighter fit and it stopped popping out. However, while I was mopping another issue came up. Mop threads kept catching on the clip that keeps the head attached to the handle. It's in a "C" shape so it's very easy to snag. Untangling them meant getting my hands wet which defeated the entire purpose of this mop. Reading some of the other reviews it sounds like others have also had trouble with this part and also used zip ties to solve this part of the problem. So it seems as if you don't have any issue with modifying this product with multiple zip ties in two different areas, this might work for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere because if you use this "as is" then you will definitely get your hands wet.
